This hotel is absolutely amazing! Starting with the staff. When you check in, the staff are sitting at a table not behind a counter. They are very welcoming. We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks (room 115). Wow wow wow! This room is very comfortable. The king size bed is one of the best we have ever slept on when travelling. The shower had lots of hot water. We had a microwave only to cook our meals. The staff provided us with a bowl and other cooking tools. The hotel is extremely quiet. It is a 20 minute walk to the tram or a 5k walk to the train. We typically walked to the train and took the tram back. The hotel is close to 2 grocery stores (1.5km Walk) and several restaurants. It is great to have a 24 hour small grocery store on premise. I cannot day enough awesome things about this hotel and especially the staff! Thanks Symond and Daniel. It truly felt like an apartment and not a hotel room. It also nice to have a washer and dryer on site. (No charge) Special touch the hotel had decorated Christmas trees throughout the building - one happened to be in our room :)

Very clean well run and quite. Large room , Good hearing pleasant staff very helpful.

The room was spacious and had everything you’d need. Couple minutes walk to a bus line or tram but the walk by the water is nice. 24 hour market on the ground floor, game room and laundry facilities were all in great shape. Very friendly staff. Easy check-in and out. Highly recommended.

The property was perfect for us, we were visiting for over a week, wanted something away from the bustling city, comfortable with staff who helped us with what we needed. Good bikes available, postal service on site and food and shopping within a ten minute walk

Checkout strictly at 11 am. Uber takes 10-15 mins to arrive

Great customer service clean and nice cozy and roomy

Excellent service, beautiful location and wonderful hosts! Every question we had was answered ranging from transportation means to food. Additionally, we arrived much earlier than the normal check in, exhausted and distraught- not only were our rooms ready before check in, but we were allowed to rest a bit in the lobby prior. Washers and dryers on levels 2 and 3 were very helpful however, they are a hot commodity in the evening. I recommend washing during the day (around noon to three). Additionally, the cycle times were a bit long, but if you have the time- worth using. The only downfall was the location, not very close to Amsterdam center (about 20-30€ Uber ride) and 25min walk to the nearest bus. If you are traveling less to the center, then this location is great! Situated in a quiet calm neighborhood, pleasant people and beautiful view of a neighborhood waterway. Overall, if you have a rental car this is a perfect spot! (About 2.50€ a day for parking). Easy off the highway and if traveling with 3-4 people the Uber rides will cost less than the public transport.

This is a great affordable hotel in a nice quiet neighborhood. To get to the city it is about a 30 minute walk to the tram and then a 45 minute tram ride to Central Station. There is not much to do in the surrounding area but it is peaceful and beautiful. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a great experience and I recommend staying here to avoid the high costs of the city.
