Great hotel in Colmar

Great stay and helpful staff. They did an excellent job of cleaning the room each day. Would recommend to anyone visiting Colmar.

Rooms offer quite air conditioning and super comfy beds and variety of pillows, providing exceptional comfort and convenience. The hotel seems pretty news, everything is clean, very friendly and helpful staff, located in the centre of Colmar.

James Boutique Hotel is one of my favorite hotels to date! I've stayed all around the world, but Sophie at the front desk truly made us feel welcomed and cared for. She went above and beyond to accommodate us while we were traveling with our dog. She made us a dinner reservation at a vegetarian-friendly restaurant that she found on her own and it was a fantastic dinner! This hotel is the cleanest and nicest smelling one I've ever stayed in. Our room felt brand new and the air conditioning was a wonderful relief from the heatwave. There were also nice little touches for Expedia Rewards members, such as a complimentary drink and room upgrade. We cannot wait to stay here again!

Everything was first-rate...location, cleanliness, appointments, breakfast. The staff was outstanding...friendly, knowledgeable, professional. Of exception was a staff member named Sophie. She was the personality of the hotel. I watched her interact similarly with many other guests, so it was just not us. We really enjoyed out stay here, and will again, I am certain, the we return.

A bright clean comfortable friendly hotel. Reception staff were knowledgeable about things to do and place to eat. Easy walking distance of Centre and parking secure. Didn’t have breakfast at the hotel so can’t comment on that. Would definitely stay there again

Modern boutique hotel, great place to stay

Great place, easy parking at 12 euro’s per day ( Auchan parking lot), few minutes walking distance from the town centre, lovely staff, spacious room with airco, very good bed and shower, safe, water boiler, modern and fresh decor, very clean, downstairs lobby also looked great, and enthusiastic, helpful and friendly staff.

SUPER RECOMMENDED

Julie is very sweet and we felt very welcomed in the hotel. The rooms are clean, the location is 5 min from the old town and there is parking next to the hotel. Julie also gave us a lot of local recommendations (sightseeing and restos) and we loved all of them! The breakfast was a little less exciting because of Covid, which means we had to have it in our rooms and the selection was poorer than normal. However overall, I would advice everyone to stay here!
