Would never stay here again

Rooms are tiny and we paid for the largest suite they have to offer. There is a construction right next to the property, they didn’t said that when we booked, neither any time prior to our arrival, not mentioned at check in (very very vey loud and noisy since 6am). Very dirty floors and carpets in our suite. You need to book housekeep in advance to have your room clean and sadly they did horrible job every time (I bought basic cleaning supplies to do it my self). Very uncomfortable bedding and pillows. The AC didn’t cool down the room enough, it felt humid all the time. Horrible cheap breakfast. The one good thing I would say about this property is its location. Very convenient right next to Light Rail and Subway (one stop and you’re at WTC).

Noisy!

Hotel itself is fine, rooftop restaurant/view is great. But the hotel is right in front of a trolley station, so starting at 5am the train rolls in every 5-10min ringing its bell. Unless you’re a super deep sleeper, it will likely wake you up if you’re facing the front or side.

The hotel check in was difficult, and some parts of the room were not ideal (couch cushions did not match, a dent in the sink, very dark room).

Had a great stay.

We picked this hotel due to it's location to the Path train, Free Breakfast, Free Wi-Fi and Views of the City Skyline. The Views and easy access to the Path didn't disappoint, all staff were friendly and helpful. This was our 5th visit to New York so wanted something away from Manhattan. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi didn't work in our room on level 2, we had no Housekeeping during our stay and the although the breakfast was o.k to get you started for the day, having to eat with Plastic knife and forks was at times a challenge. The room we had was over looking the tram station and we got woken most days at 5am due to the noise. The area close to the hotel seems to be local hang out for people in car to play loud music, which at time was loud and did disrupt our sleep. These issues were room related and our son who had a room on level 4 didn't hear the trams, music, He had Housekeeping and Wi-Fi. I enjoyed our stay and if we returned would stay again, but would try and get a room on a higher floor. It was also a good location for places to eat and do some shopping, either walking or the Local transport. Thank you Hyatt.

Not worth it

The hotel location was excellent right in the heart of the jersey city with great NYC views from outside. Our 1st room had issue with the lights turning off and on and water coming from the ceiling. What’s worse is the hotel is directly in front of the light rail which means constant train noise. I couldn't sleep the 1st night and later moved to a new room on the 8th floor which I assumed would make the train noise much lighter but unfortunately it was lighter. The last bad experience was apparently someone charged water to my room and was almost charged 18.00 for something I never purchased. What inasske was the manager credited the purchase but why was it there in the 1st place. Overall I would never stay at this hotel again. Not worth the cost.

This is the third time staying here. It is a bit pricy however I feel it's well worth it.

My stay was amazing. The ac worked amazingly (my favorite part of staying at a hotel is making my room ice cold) the staff was so friendly, and the rooftop restaurant was SO GOOD. I want to go back!!

It is a good hotel, very conveniently located to the light rail and path stop. Easy to get to manhattan. Shops are within walking distance or a short ride on the light rail

Family trip NYC

Stay was very good, not much to complain about. Breakfast was good , nd location is very nice. Family of 5. View from the rooms are not good, but not much can be done there.
