Great place to stay

The hotel was really nice. True to pictures. And it has free shuttle that brings you to and from duval for free which pretty sweet.

Disappointed

Overall, it was a disappointing experience. Given the price we paid, it lacked value. Front desk personnel were unfriendly, main lobby was unimpressive, food was just okay. No mention of parking fee when we made the online reservation. Also, we were supposed to receive one free beverage per person for two and that didn’t happen. This resort isn’t located in a convenient area relative to downtown. It took about 20 minutes or more to get there depending on traffic. Big let down overall.

Had a great time but…

Loved the property for the service, excellent condition of the room. Downside is when I saw “resort” with 6 pools I was not expecting 6 rectangle pools side by side, I was expecting more of a resort with a variety of pools and amenities. They only had one expensive restaurant and bar and no convenient snacks anywhere on property or even walkable. It was quite far from Old Town, any shopping or restaurants and very far from the beach.

enjoyed my stay

I had an excellent stay at the resorts. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the room was very clean and well-appointed with beautiful decor. My only issue is that we were not advised that the parking on site was not free until we were checking out.

3 nights in key west - amazing.

Great hotel, which while a little distance from downtown suited us perfectly. We had a queen suite that easily accommodated 2 adults and 4 kids aged 11 - 4. Hotel food was good, shame a breakfast inclusive rate isn’t available, Overall, we had a great time, water sports on site are excellent and we loved the kayaking - even managed to kayak with a Manatee in the harbour close to the hotel. Jet ski tour was also highlight (managed to get 2 kids and adult comfortably onto a single ski comfortably) Lots of late night swimming for the kids and we found ourselves playing all the various games available also till late. The hourly bus to the town centre was super helpful and while it got a little busy, it was very handy and easy to use.

Best place beautiful Sunset view

The place is actually nicer than the picks and you can watch the famous Florida Keys sunset from the location. The room was beautiful and clean. The staff was friendly, I had a pet and the gave a surprise treat for my dog. It is fat enough away from all business of Duval St, but close enough that they had a shuttle back and forth. Highly recommend

Full service stay

Great amenities, very nice rooms. 6 heated pools to choose from. Bar/restaurant on-site.
