This resort is absolutely beautiful! The staff were literally amazing! I have 0 complaints about any of them! The are prompt, respectful, and joyful all around! Such a pleasure to have connected with them. Kevin from Caribbean Grove, Ricardo around the pool area, and Nicklaus at the pool bar were absolutely amazing! Loved the ladies at Aroma! Please make sure you tip them for all of their hard work. Omg we’re going to miss this place. We stayed Friday-Tuesday for my 30th bday and I wish we could’ve stayed just 1 more day. Excursions are booked through a third party company on site. They were fun but please make sure you take bug repellent for the mosquitoes because I got eaten alive. I mean, I left with about 35 bites and I’m not exaggerating. Also, you have to get up pretty early for the excursions and you’re gone half the day for just one bc the shuttle picks up/drops off people from different resorts.. It would be smart to also take cash especially smaller bills to tip throughout the trip as we had to keep finding change. Now for the nightlife I would say that would be the only area I wish they had more to do for the younger people. Each night they have entertainment but it’s catered to more of the middle/older aged people (no offense). The silent party was SUPER fun but everything else was just cool to experience. A bar that stayed open and played music would’ve been cool. Everyone’s in bed by 10:45-11:15. This place is more romantic and isn’t a party resort just fyi.

WE liked the property amenities and friendly staff. We were extremely disappointed with the original room assigned to us due to condition and location. As a result we were moved to an excellent room the next day.

Very private and spacious with beautiful pools & beaches. The spa was amazing....So peaceful and relaxing. However, the food & alcohol could have been taken up a notch and the decor at a handful at several of the lounges were lacking. In summary, we had a wonderful vacation, but a few improvements are needed to give a higher rating.

We absolutely loved our stay at Excellence Oyster Bay. The water was so calm and beautiful and the resort has so much beach to enjoy. The resort itself is beautiful and immaculately maintained. The service was exceptional. The food was delicious, we especially loved Caribbean Grove and Lobster House. So many choices for food, it’s great.
