Good and bad points

Good points comfortable room with cooking facilities kettle etc Room overall clean apart from bin wasn’t emptied Bad points balcony door was almost impossible to open balcony very narrow and shared Unbearable noise from elevator outside our room 110 so noisy it was intolerable Parking impossible I would like to thank the management who called me today to discuss my concerns much appreciated

Manager(Jasmin) helped us a lot. Great atmosphere and clean room is my favorite. All in all my stayed was perfect.

This place should not be listed as a hotel. Water leaking from the roof, no air conditioning or even fans. Fighting to get a refund as we never stayed after trying to spend a night in the 40 degree room. And tons of giant moths and bugs. Give me my money back please!

A good base for visiting Mechelen. Only 10 minutes walk from the main square in town. The apartment we had was spacious for the two of us. Lift to all floors which is handy for middle agers like us. Hadn't been aware of the secure parking when booking through Expedia - but as there was space available, we paid for this facility rather than parking a car full of luggage on the street (paid parking on meter which would have needed fed every few hours). Bright and airy apartment with basic but adequate facilities - what was needed. (No AirCon which might be a thing for some). Balcony door opens wide for fresh air and breeze (but also lets in the flying biting insects which can be a pest at this time of year). Overall we were happy with our first stay here. As we hope to return to Mechelen in the future, we will likely check availability here first next time. Thanks for making us feel welcome!

Four of us enjoyed a 3 night stay in this property. Beds comfortable and clean, living area adequate, kitchen facilities good but a light in the kitchen would improve visibility. Nice large shower but leaking hose needs to be fixed and no extraction in the bathroom not the best. Book on site parking as soon as possible as property is on a residential street and parking is difficult outside although lots of alternative parking available around the town

Reception opening hours very inconvenient

Reception not open between 12.00- 4pm. So if you are travelling and want to leave your bags before you check in you can’t! There was no answer on the numbers provided, and then to rub salt into the wound, staff member casually arrived 30 minutes late.

Unable to get access.

Arrived 23.15. Was unaware that no checkin after 22.00. Paid 149 euro for room which normally secures a 4 star hotel so i never thought to look at the check in policy. I then had to look for another hotel. The only 1 available was 279 Euro. What was particularly annoying was that I could not ven reach the hotel by phone.
