We had a great time in Dominical. The house has amazing ocean and mountains view. The rooms are really big. Vanesa is so kind and she will help you in Everything you need!

Could do with a little touch up , needs new sun loungers at the pool, dish washer not fitted correctly , otherwise lovely house with fantastic views, will need 4x4 to get up to the villa from the main road, plenty of restaurants at Dominical beach, only 20 minutes by car, or 30 minutes to Uvita for more restaurants, ATM , sumermarket and Uvita tourist office to book Zip lining and Whale watching , which were really fun, around the corner from the tourist office is Jungle ATV Tours which was also great fun, overall great placae and lovely area.

We had a terrific get away in Dominical. This home is incredible, so beautiful and has everything you need! We comfortabley fit six adults in this well kept home. The home is well maintained and Vanessa was very responsive to all of our needs! We loved sitting on the porch and looking out over the ocean at sunset; we even saw monkeys right near the house. The house is quiet and removed from town, but only about a 10-15 minute drive. It is up a steep and rocky road - I would recommend a AWD/4WD car and high clearance vehicle.

Casa Sunset’s incredible views will make up for any issues concerning it’s location and the road up the mountain....... you can’t have one without the other!

The house was very clean. I will say there are some repairs that need to be made (tape and float) as with most coastal homes they have this issue. But do not let that stop you from staying here! Plenty of room. We have a family of 4 (two teens) and everyone loved having their own room. Plenty of room for more guest as well. The pool is small but great to cool off in in the evenings. We loved that the Toucans were in the tree right next to the house. The views were amazing. Wishing I was back there right now! Loved my coffee on the patio every morning! Next time staying longer! Yes you will need a 4X4 vehicle. Do not let that scare you it is not that bad and very worth it. Quick drive to beach. Kids learned to surf and several really nice beaches in driving distance from house. A few great restaurants as well. Stop at the bigger grocery store on the way (the BM) and get your fruit from the roadside. Our kids wished we had another week there and a few days to just stay at the house. I would Love to go back. I must say they are starting to develop this area. I am so sad as the views will be gone. Right now nothing around but jungle and beach view.

Great location, spectacular view! But the ants... the kitchen was infested with them. Home was clean & beds were comfortable, however it is in need of an exterminator. Couldn’t run the clothes dryer & the AC, the breaker would go off every time. The surrounding scenery was breath-taking!

had an amazing stay views were incredible it was a nice little piece of pura vida paradise I would definitely stay again. property was a little off the main road but not a problem to get to with 4x4. enjoy!

Beautiful home, very clean, stunning sunsets! We were able to get to the home without a 4x4 but it is the dry season, during the rainy season I can see that it would be a problem. Beds were very comfortable and ac worked great! We enjoyed the pool area and loved playa domincalito. Enjoyed our short stay!

Our trip was amazing and the house is spectacular. Full of windows, for beautiful views of the mountains and the ocean. Definitely need a 4 wheel drive, the mountain climbs are no joke. Get there during the day for your first trip up the mountain. We got there later than expected. However Vanessa, the property manager is great, she met us on the mountain and let us follow her up. She was there anytime we needed, but left us privacy the rest of the time. Hard to find a 3 bedroom this nice with all the features including air in all room and privacy for this price point. I highly recommend, you wont be disappointed in the house or the hospitality that Vanessa provides. She offers a number of extra services including catered meals.
