I rarely make any review in the hotel I've stayed, but this hotel is an exception. Everything you can wish for in this hotel they have it. Good food (variety of breakfast menu, everyday), modern, beautiful, etc. But the one that excels most are the STAFF. They are all so polite, efficient, respectful, and smiles all the time

Henann Crystal Sands is AWESOME!!!

All staff, from Reservations, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Restaurant and Transfer Service, of Henann Crystal Sands are very very friendly, accommodating and very sensitive to the needs of their guests. Special mention to Resa and May of Reservation and Christine of Front Desk who from the start helped me with my request for change of booking. Again, thank you very much. Cleanliness is two thumbs up!!! Restaurant service is fast and all staff are very efficient. Henann Crystal Sand's location is very near the Mini Stop, McDo and Jollibee, D Mall and all restaurants. Great place to be with family and friends! Will definitely go back and recommend to all our relatives and friends. Had a great time!

Beautiful Resort, great location, terrible service

Beautiful hotel in top condition as you would expect from a five star. Perfect central location and the skypool is a particular treat for seeing in the sunsets. Also transfers were well co-ordinated and stress free. But..... As so often is the case, the service level is what makes these resorts stand apart from one another and simply put this resort was sub standard and it certainly was not under any pressure on guest numbers. Would i stay there again? I'd love to for the positive reasons but ultimately NO which is great shame

Absolutely lovely!

We went as a couple. Lovely room, woke up to the sound of waves and people chattering outside quietly. Aircon worked excellently. Room was clean, breakfast was tasty, there were a few vegan options (I had some fresh fruit, mango juice and some marmalade on toast). Pool was clean. Staff were lovely and made us feel very welcome. Bathroom had a bidet and was clean. The shower went a little cold after 10 minutes or so in the shower but fine. Shampoo and conditioner was of a nice quality. The floor was a little dirty but pretty acceptable. Everything else was very clean. Beach was a 2 minute walk away and also kept in a good state. Photo is of view just outside of our room on the 5th floor. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you!

Resort was very nice, location great, staff very friendly. Only complaint was housekeeping, room cleaning was not real flash, they spent little time in our room. Toilet paper was not replaced, we had to ring for service. Coffee and teabags were only replaced occasionally, we had to call them.
