This place looked great online and it looks like it will improve with time but if you do speak Turkish then you will have a hard time. The manager was very nice and spoke English so if you check in at night when either him or Jihan is not there you will have to google translate EVeRyThIng. Becomes old very quick going up and down the stairs or elevator to get the things you need. Also pretty expensive for the service but if you book it in turkey it will cost much less. 25 USD a night vs 50 or 60 from booking or hotel.com. Overall they do try to help, but when your on business you will get tired quick. Restaurants not too close but you can walk to places in 10 minutes. They have a rest. Up stairs butthey so notbhave most things listed. Also it is in Turkish. So they will have to pull pictures up of you can have them understand that request. Did not get to eat breakfast so cannot comment as to the buffet in the morning. Keysari is nice but you might need a tour guide. Culturally personal space does not exist. People will stand next to you in the bank while you are performing transactions. Same at the hotel, they will stand next to you, but I assume it is a sign of attempting to help. They will be all up in your business. Also went to exchange facility and the man looked in my wallet with me... so...

At 12 USD per night I feel I should not say much. However for 20 USD, I stayed in excellent hotels in the area so you figure. I needed a hotel for a few hours and it worked out for the price. However please note: the facilities are old and worn off having no resemblance to the pictures shown online. The hotel needs a major investment in renovation to say the least. In my case, the room had the shower disassembled and broken, the amenities used up by the previous guest, and a very strong cigarette smell despite asking for a non-smoking room. The staff was very friendly and tried hard to overcome the difficulties. They seem to be victims of the poor management too.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to have a late check out and let us store our bags. The hotel is in a good location, easy to access from the airport and walkable to the city center. The rooms could be a bit cleaner, but for the price it was perfect for us.

We arrived very late at night on the train from Kars. The hotel is a very short walk from the train station and has 24hr reception which was quick and efficient. Our room was very nice and comfortable with a great bed and a very nice bathroom. In the morning the staff was very helpful in giving us the information for getting to the bus station using either a taxi or the local bus (we used the local bus). I don't think it could have been much better - we actually wished we could stay longer. Great service and a very good value.

Nice friendly service and good rooms, would book again.

Near airport, clean, tidy, courteous. They speak good English and the check out time is noon which is great.

Serviço bom. O corredor cheirava muito a cigarro, ja que é permitido fumar no corredor sem janelas e sem sistema de arejo. O quarto também cheirava muito a cigarro e a mofo. Abrindo a janela foi um barulho da auto-estrada que passa mesmo a frente do hotel.
