Outstanding and stunning!! Perfect location!

We were there staying for one night. First thing I must say, the hotel manager Giusy was extremely helpful and friendly from the beginning to the end. We were very well looked after. It was the best customer service I have ever received from a hotel stay. We it felt very personalised. A lot of tips were given. Simply outstanding! The welcome homemade cookies we were given was delicious! The hotel itself was perfectly located between the two sides of Ragusa. It may look odd on the map, but it only a few minute walk to both side. What really blew our mind was the view from the hotel. We don’t think we could get a much better view than that in Ragusa. You can oversee the full town from the hotel’s communal balcony and terrace. We were very lucky to be given a room with the full view of the city as well. The viewing is just stunning. Our room was very spacious for a couple. It was very well designed and spotless clean. The hotel has just been reopened for 1 month after corona lockdown, but we felt very safe and didn’t feel there was any risk. The breakfast was prepared by Giusy herself. It was an very yummy! You could eat your breakfast outdoor with the amazing view of the city but that could get a bit too hot in summer. There is free parking about 5 min walk away from the hotel. We would definitely be happy to stay here again if we come back to Ragusa again and would highly recommend everyone to stay here as well. Thank you Giusy!

Great location, comfortable rooms, helpful staff.

Great location in Ragusa. Big parking lot nearby. Breakfast absolutely wonderful. Tea and coffee with snacks available all the time. Fantastic view from the breakfast room. Just is a fountain of knowledge about the area. Very friendly and helpful.

Emmy was great she not only made sure we checked in fine BUT also helped with our luggages and made sure we are very comfortable ! She also helped us with places to see like Scicli which i had almost forgotten and was very warm and friendly !!!! I would love to go back and spend more time in Ragusa staying here !

We noticed that unlike the places stayed in whilst we were in Palermo and Catania, the breakfast buffet wasn’t fully laid out when we headed into breakfast area. Bread, cheese and cold cuts weren’t always there when we headed in. Long wait for coffee and refills too.

The staff was fantastic, very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good too. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff even did our laundry. The location was perfect, right between the two parts of the city. Parking was not difficult. One of the best places to stay in Sicily!

Super nice, helpful and friendly staff. The guest house is beautifully decorated. Breakfast was great too, with local food and prepared ad hoc if wanted. If you go by car, you can park to some parking close by, but if you go with big luggage, you will need to climb some stairs. The guest house is located just in between the old and new town, just 5 min walking to the main piazzas in the old one. Recommended!

A real treasure

We had an incredible stay at Intervallo Guest House. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, evening picking us up from the car park to ensure we had no troubles finding the hotel! They also gave us great advice on what to do to make the most of our short stay. The place is beautiful with an absolutely gorgeous view of Ragusa Ibla. Breathtaking! I hope I can return to stay here someday - I wish we could have stayed longer!

Bren and Tom in Ragusa

The guest house was good once you had arrived. However there should be warning for older visitors or disabled that access is quite difficult. Car has to be parked at bottom of hill and a large number of steps to navigate to guest house. Otherwise room was modern and clean. Breakfast not ready at stated time on first day but otherwise a great stay in lovely City.

B&B strategico svista spettacolo!

Il b&b é in una posizione strategica. La colazione é buona sia dolce che salata con prodotti tipici del luogo. La camera é bella e pulita. La vista dalla terrazza della colazione é spettacolare!andate andate!
