Lovely hotel in a great location! The room was very comfortable and the facility well updated. Loved the bathroom and shower. The girls at the reception desk were not very friendly or hospitable which was the only down side.

Patio area. The hotel was obviously an old Mexican house with a large outdoor / open courtyard.

First I would like to start off by saying that the hotel itself was pretty clean, calming, and easy to check-in. The hotel is located in a great place, right in the center - close access to many restaurants, bars, and stores. I did, however, have an accident in the room, that was due to the even floor between the shower and the bathroom. The water ran off from the shower, through the bathroom, to the bedroom. Between the bathroom and the bedroom is a door and a step. I was approaching this door when I slipped on the water and hit the door. My foot was the point of impact as I was able to catch myself on the door handles, but unfortunately, my foot took a big hit. My toenail fell off from the impact! I took care of it, I didn't raise an issue with the hotel but I do believe it is a safety issue with the showers/water. Be careful as always. Regardless of my accident, we had no other issues.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The service is excellent. My only complain is that the WiFi in my room want 6 working so I had to move to another room and this was very cold but that is expected in an older building and they have heater. I just would rather have a warmer temperatures

Nicely appointed rooms - great size, comfortable bed. Close to center of town

Excellent condition and fairly priced. The BEST possible location for a visit to the Central Historical district of Queretaro. Close to everything that matters.

Hotel is close to stores, restaurants, plazas. Very good experience at this hotel.

El hotel es agradable y la habitación cómoda. El baño amplio, lujoso y funcional. Sin embargo, no tiene ventana y es algo que no se sabe al momento de reservar por Expedía. El internet es muy malo porque es lento e intermitente.

I travel often and so all l will list is what I didnt like at this Hotel: - Parking is 4 blocks away!!! - No valet service - No bellboy to help you with your bags - The attitude at the front desk was snotty - The shower drain was extremely slow - The hot water took forever in the sink - No food menu available I was not pleased with this hotel

The room they gave me had a water leak on the AC they said they were going to fix it but they didn’t. They put a towel on the floor for the water. I was offered to change my room, but the room they were offering me had no keys, so I decided to stay were I was with the leak. My friends were staying at the same hotel and never had warm water on their showers, which is horrible.The staff was nice and tried to help.
