The staff and service was amazing. Most had mask and a shield on. They sprayed our bags and had hand sanitizer everywhere. Welcome drinks were available on arrival. We arrived early so our room wasn’t ready but they allowed us to eat lunch and store our bags. We were also able to book reservations for our meals so there wasn’t too many people at the restaurant at one time. The pool was not very large but was very nice and had a beautiful view. They had about 4 beds to lay on by the pool as well as chairs. Food was okay and staff required you to sanitize hands before coming into the restaurant. Only problem we had was that the room temperature didn’t go 25 C and couldn’t be set any lower than 22 C. We can’t wait to go back.

I just came back from my trip from this amazing hotel beautiful view from my room. i did not have no trouble with room amenities everything was perfect there was clear and hot water to shower with both Jacuzzis in my room worked perfectly amazing customer service , drinks and food are good! staff is great , room service is awesome to have. i will definitely come here again!

The hotel didn't have hot water, and the water from the shower/faucet and tub was yellowish. When we reached out to the front desk they told us that the whole Hotel had that problem (yellow water and no hot water) so they cant do anything about it. We left that same day. Horrible service, it was a nightmare to book another hotel last minute.

Had brown water. Had no hot water. And had no Wi-Fi. I called this hotel two days before we left and they said everything was working and everything had been fixed. But as soon as we got there the associate that checked us in said that everything that we had been told was fixed was still not fixed and that he recommended that we find a different location To stay.

Very poor property! We were so excited to stay there and when we got there it was extremely terrible had to check out the next day and went to stay in at a different resort! Terrible service and no hot water for shower! No bars no room service

Pros: We loved the location right on the water, having the sounds of the ocean all day long. The pool is really nice too, overlooking the ocean. The king bed is very comfortable and the bedding is nice. Cons: The wind was making a loud howling noise, especially at night. I put a towel under the front door and it helped a bit. NO HOT WATER. We choose this hotel and room because of the inside and outside jacuzzis. When we got there, the water wasn’t even warm. We contacted the front desk 4-5 times during our two and a half day stay, they sent someone to fix it only once or twice. The water WAS NOT fixed. I was extremely disappointed as it was my first time staying in an all-inclusive and I saved up for a while to do that. The girls at the front desk were nice but it didn’t help that we couldn’t use the jacuzzis or had to take a cold shower. Speaking to other guests, it sounded like they had similar issues for several days. When I asked if I could be refunded at least partially for the stay because the hotel didn’t deliver on what was promised, they said at the front desk to contact Hotels.com. I did, and the representative said that upon contacting the hotel, they couldn’t do anything due to the non refundable charge for the room. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and like I wasted my hard earned money for a sub par experience. Would NOT RECOMMEND staying at this hotel. Do not waste your money

The hotel was horrible. The elevators are out of service, the water in the toilet, sink, shower, and bathtub was dark yellow. We complained twice and they said it is minerals for hurricanes and that it is fine and won’t harm us. It made out towels yellow when we got out. The water was cold, there was no hot water and we complained about that too but the part wasn’t in and they couldn’t do anything. Also on the last day for us, Sunday, the pool had caution tape and the pool was green. So it was either yellow or green water. And when you walked into the room it had a moldy smell to it each time. The hotel service was good and the people were nice but too many problems.

The drive in was a bit sketchy as we drove between buildings and houses on a narrow dirt road. The driver kept assuring us that the hotel was pretty nice. Upon arrival we saw a giant sculpture surrounded by murky water, grass growing in between the stone driveway and a chunk of tile missing from the walk way where they take your temperature. We were greeted by the sweetest hostess, Selene, who promptly checked us in and graciously lead us to our room, #307. The elevators were out of service so we got a workout walking three flights of stairs. The room was huge, clean and the balcony felt as though we were literally sitting over the ocean. So far so good BUT when it was time to get ready for dinner there was no hot water (it wasn’t luke warm it was barely different than the cold water). I thought it might just be the shower so I drew a bath and realized the water was bright yellow! After draining the tub there was a yellow film that you had to wipe to get off. That said, we informed the front desk (poor Selene) as we weren’t the only ones requesting hot water. She was very well rehearsed ‘it’s due to the hurricane that came through two weeks ago and they’re working on it it should be fixed soon’. On the way back to our room we ran into a couple that had been there for 6 days and not one day had they had clear, warm water. We ended up going to another hotel after the first night. The staff gets 5 stars as they were all super accommodating...really feel sorry for them.

Water for bathing is COOOOOLD. Water is extra brown, so the jacuzzi tubs in room are useless. We took a photo after running the water for at over 20 minutes. Light fixtures on balconies are hanging so to expose wiring. Bring your own first aid kit, as only one bandaid was available and I aparently have it. Mini bar water and soda refills are a gamble. Food is hit or miss depending on the night. The in-room phones closest to beds might not work due to the socket ans wiring hanging to the floor. Be sure to ask for for robes when you check in, otherwise you night not see one until nearer the completion of your trip. Balcony door locking mechanisms are jammed and do not lock in some rooms. Also pack for a hike if you have floors above the first floor...they turned off the elevators. There are 2 flights of stairs per floor. Stock up on food and snacks because after say 10pm, its a wrap. No food services will come out there and all of their services at the resort are done. The tours offered, the tequila tasting, beware. If you don't purchase anything, the staff behind the counter near left of the exit will treat you with anger.
