My first stay February 14, IT was very noisy outside. My second stay very disappointing I’m about to sleep Tired from a long trip. When I pulled the linen I saw a Blood stain under the fitted sheet. I ring them straight away and request to change all the linen.

Clean ,not stuffy , easy check in and out . Disappointed by forced to check out early due to government law !! That caused a lot of troubles specially to foreigners!

Brand new, super quiet AC mini split unit, confortable beds, good shower !

Karla who works the front desk is one of the rudest, least professional people I have dealt with in a hotel. She should be fired. Every room I have stayed in has mildew in the shower. The guest policy is invasive to your privacy and is embarrassing to your guests.

This is a horrible hotel. I would not stay here again, staff is rude, towels are like sandpaper, bathrooms are loaded with mold, WIFI is terrible, better of staying somewhere where they care about their guests.

Hotel is conveniently located. It is near Manila Bay, shopping malls and restaurants. This hotel is an excellent place to stay!

Don't stay at this hotel, rude staff, rooms are nor clean and if you have a guest they are like a police state. My friend had a student ID and the staff here would not let them in the hotel. STAY IN A GUEST FRIENDLY HOTEL!

I have stayed at this property since it was first opened and the quality of this facility has gotten worse each time. WIFI in this hotel is a disaster and after calling the desk a dozen times with no improvement because they just don't seem to care. There is mildew in the shower and when I pointed it out to a housekeeping supervisor they say they don't have any cleaners to kill it. The towels are like sandpaper and look dingey.
