Five star feelings and facilities.

The property is very new. The manager Sane is a very good person. She introduced the locations which worth to go for leisure or food. She helped us to book the local activities in Rarotonga. When we requested a reschedule she helped us to arrange everything. The room is very new with full range of house appliances including air condition, private wash machine with laundry powder and dryer which are very useful in the tropic area, kitchen facilities, induction cooker with cook compatibles private fridge with a bag of ice ect. It have everything we need. There is also a balcony which is good to have a rest with some food and drink. There is a public swimming pool and 3 spas which are free to use for guests. The location of the villa is very good. Only 3 mins to the biggest supermarket and 5 mins to the Saturday market and the Airport. The breakfast is very good with a good variety of selections. There is also something new everyday. The price is not expensive compared with the other accommodations which offers similar facilities and services in Cook Islands. It is definitely worth the money you spend. I strongly recommend everyone to stay at Kia Orana Villas for your trip in Cook Islands. The more you stay the more you will like it.

Sane, Joseph and Lai made us feel very relaxed and provided a real personal touch. Tucked away but close to Avarua. Loved the outdoor shower/bath.

Great Customer Service

This is a very convenient location close to the airport. Great if you want to do your own cooking. Nice kitchen. Comfortable sleeping.

Comfortable modern accommodation

Great two bedroom villa with all modern facilities. Pool was clean and inviting. Although the location isn’t on the beach, it’s only a short drive to great swimming and snorkeling spots. DVD and book libraries a bonus too. Recommend for comfortable family accommodation.

Actually quite central although not on bus route 15 minute walk to market and 30 minute walk to airport. Was a bit disappointed that spa not actually setup on site and difficult to get appts(maybe coz over holiday period). The villa was amazing with outdoor shower and bath full amenities which was great. Fruit growing on site was accessible to get and eat which was great. Difficultnto talk to manager as generally not on site again could have been coz holiday period.

We loved being away from the other big resorts and busy tourist spots. Kia orana is a beautiful secluded spot perfect for couples looking for quiet time. The villa was amazing and had everything we needed.
