HIGHLIGHTS: The staff. They do their best to help. The whole hotel was renewed and its in excellent conditions. Clean and really nice. I would stay there again. LOWLIGHTS: The restaurant. First of all the prices are way too high for the quantity and quality. For lunch or dinner worth to drive to Jaco and get a lot of places to get good and cheap food. On top of the prices, we had to wait 40min to get our breakfast due to some problems im the kitchen.

The location is very nice , as well as the hotel infrastructure (rooms, pool, restaurant, etc.). The service and food where very poor.

We arrived at the gate and there was no one there to open it. After calling them, someone came and opened it up. We were welcomed to the place and started enjoying it! It's a beautiful place right next to the ocean, very quiet, hardly any people during our stay. Would love to go again!

Beautiful hotel,,the food is lacking,expensive ,and the service there,,slow, The beach is nice,,the view beautiful, the hotel is nice and new,,but it's far,,, The swiming pool warm and nice,, Suggest to go during the week,to avoid the clouds of the weekend

The property was absolutely gorgeous, it over looks a private beach. Very limited restaurant menu and no car serice readily available. The property is 15 min drive from town.

This place must have recently had a complete makeover, and they did it very well! Our room was gorgeous, I wish we could have stayed longer, we definitely will be back! The service was excellent and Alba was wonderful!

Exactly what I needed, a great beach with few people, perfect to rest in an great location.

The grounds are lovely. Beds and bedding very comfortable and upscale.

Es un lugar muy bonito , tiene todas las comodidades y un plus que esté frente al mar , sin embargo deben de mejorar el servicio al cliente porque no hay casi personal. Aunque recibimos buen trato es imposible que solo una persona pueda brindar todos los servicios.

The best part of this place was that the beach was a 2 minute walk in the backyard. Being able to watch the sunrise and sunset from your little porch is great! This place was pretty deserted and it was a small issue when the gate was locked and there was no attendant in the booth to let us in. We only spent one night here, so it wasn't that big of a deal, but it was inconveniencing. Additionally, we only saw one other group of people that was staying here, and it was very quiet.
