Mason was very helpful and attentive. Had a issue with the toilet and the morning desk staff could fix it till later. By then we had already checked out. Beautiful pool.

Great pool!! A little far from town. Ferris Wheel will help liven the area up. :0)

The staff are great; friendly, attentive and willing to help. Always had a smile. Language was the only barrier at times. I paid for a 90 minute massage. It started over 15 minutes late and i only got 75 minutes.

Elysium is a hidden gem jungle oasis, tucked away from tourist row. We had fruit smoothies and massages multiple times a day with very nice service. Staff helped us arrange rides and activities for us. Extremely good food with a surprising large selection. The pool was set us nicely with a bar and submerged lounge chairs. Very nice place, will return if back in Siem Reap.

The property seems to be slowly remodeling. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast buffet was more than adequate. Our room was huge. Our biggest concerns included: limited lighting in the room such that it would have been impossible to read printed text in bed; where the shower walls met the concrete floor was poorly sealed and appeared to be rotting; there was no comfortable seating chair in the room, only a ridged plastic chair at the very small desk area. Finally, access to the property was down a very narrow dirt road and apparently limited parking.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est parfait (et inclus dans la chambre), les chambres sont grandes (petite odeur de renfermé), le staff très gentil, la piscine est belle et un service de navette gratuit assure la liaison (aller-retour) avec le centre de Siem Reap.

Service here was pretty OK. They missed my airport pickup but got me back on the return - no harm done. I really, really don’t like how they allow tour guides/taxi drivers to roam the reception. I came down for breakfast one morning, was greeted by someone whom I thought worked there and was almost immediately given a pitch for a temple tour. Really annoying. The people who actually work at the hotel are nice and helpful. The property is showing its age. My a/c took a couple of hours to cool the room and at one point started spitting ice. The room was clean but a little rough around the edges. Given all of the choices in Siem Reap, I’m not sure I’d stay here again.

Hotel was beautiful, and the pool was very nice albeit it was definitely very old and upkeep was not the best. Service was poor, either very slow or were condescending to our needs, even guilt tripping us.

Very unacceptable housekeeping. Housekeeping also refilled reuseable water bottles out of the tap in the room. Mosquitos are an issue you should be aware of. If you get silver or gold hotels.com benefits be sure to have a copy of them for hotel in order for them to honor them. Front desk personal not the most helpful. Breakfast good and pool is exceptional. I personally like the rural location but that might be an issue for some people.
