Comfy bed. Sadly the TV wasnt tuned in and the TV remote didnt worked. We tuned the TV in ourselves so not a huge issue, just inconvenient. Would suggest that the heating isnt wacked up to full blast prior to guests arrival. Was like an oven when we first arrived. Opened the window and turned the heating off but was unpleasant for a little while

The room was spotlessly clean. Only issues were 1) the pillows were too soft and 2) the headboard was creaky. Nothing else to complain about. I will be using it again.

Faulty shower

We came to our first guest room and the shower door had completely fallen off and tried to ask cleaners for help but they weren’t much help. So had to call the number your given on the email they came and tried to fix it but it came off so after a few calls back and fourth they did move us rooms and after that it was really good

Terrible wifi, uncomfortable bed

Check in was easy. Good location close to center, sophia gardens coach station, motorpoint arena. Small but comfortable room. Appeared clean but then i saw the spider web on the ceiling Terrible wifi, most of the time it would not connect and when it did, the service was terrible. I had to sit on the staircase outside my room to have a decent wifi connection. And the shower machine was probably broken? I had to shower with boiling hot water The bed was terribly uncomfortable, at least for me. I could not sleep at all.

When I’ve moved the side table looking for a outlet to charge my phone , I saw an empty packet of crisp. Carpet is dirty. The only toiletries in there was a bottle of shower gel. The temperature gauge of the water is broken and we shower with hot water for the two nights of our stay.

Noisy other guests

Very clean, comfortable guest house. However, the major problem was handful of other guests. First, a gay party above my head made me to immediately change the room, for the one situated beneath somebody who was snorring like a dragon and moving furniture from an early morning. What you could do is to install eg. visible signs with rules: "no jumping on stairs" "quiet after 22:00" "no smoking marijuana inside" "parties outside". Quality of sleep was bad.
