central location, mostly used uber, grab and gojek so easy to move around with reasonable fares. good wifi, plenty of local cheap and tasty food. can walk to pasar baru market in 5 minutes time if u turn left after exiting the hotel. rooms are clean. my room comes with a window, a better deal then. if you need a good hot shower, lazying in room after shopping, this is a perfect hotel for you. also known as avalon residence.

Good reasonably priced hotel, with very friendly and helpful hotel staffs. Room cleanliness is tip-top and didn’t expect such a nice room. Overall a good stay.
