We always stay here on our way to Florida. It’s perfect! Staff is amazing. Suite was so clean and had everything we needed for a great night sleep.

Seems like a brand new hotel. Passing through on my way to NJ, we decided to stop in Fayetteville and happy we stayed here. Be sure to check out all the cool restaurants nearby. We went to Samurai Hibachi and were really impressed.

The hotel was very clean. Only thing I didn't like was the pool was closed when we arrived but was told on phone it would be open and I specifically asked cause if pool wasn't open wasn't booking not one but 2 rooms there. Manager wasn't very accommodating being we was mislead on site saying we could pay at property after driving almost 4 hours we had to go find a bank to deposit money to pay for rooms. So family wasn't very happy.

From entrance to exit it was expedited. Curtis Ensure I had the best room in a convenient location in the hotel. Thank you Curtis, and all the best for the holidays.

This hotel was way better than expected. It was clean and clean and clean. We were concerned travelling during COVID but this hotel went above and beyond to make it safe and sanitary. Rooms were large and separate rooms made it great for travelling with kids. Service was great. Everyone at the front desk that we spoke with was excellent. Only downside was that the pool was closed while we were there due to a maintenance issue. The kids were bummed, which was obviously outside of anyone's control. Otherwise amazing!

Was amazed how clean the room was. The TV remote control had a removable decal attached to it. Saying that the remote control was sanitized.

Staff were bot very friendly. Thw housekeeper was really good and polite. Staff woke us up the morning that we were checking out to ask us if we were leaving that day. That was at 9:30 in the morning. I did not see any extra cleaning due to covid. They did not clean the carts between guests or the tables in the breakfast area. The beds were hard for my liking and not queen size. the kitchen area was very small, but the rest of the room was very nice and comfortable. When we arrived, the room was not ready on time, but it didnt take long and they did provide us with a coupon for their store for having to wait. We liked that they had a basketball hoop for the kids. Breakfast and the social at night were both really good. I liked that staff served thr food, but staff didnt seem happy about that.
