Great Apt.

Great view. Close to bus stop to city center. Kids loved it. Sofa bed was great. Mattress to room a little hard not my preference, good overall.

Beachfront in S' Arenal is the best!

Great view of the beach, just steps away. A real apartment, washer/dryer, full kitchen. 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths, living room looks direct out to sea, AC units in each room. Nice balcony to enjoy the sea view. Very helpful staff with the greatest smile!

Cozy pleasant place to spend a relaxing holiday

We had a wonderful short stay of 2 nights at Delfin with my family and parents. It was a two bedroom apartment, and it’s best part is the sea view balcony with amazing view. The service was pretty good and it has a well equipped kitchenettes. One apartment on the rooftop also has its own swimming pool. The reception is not 24/7 but that was not a problem as our host Ana texted me upfront regarding our approx arrival time and arranged everything on time. The host helped us a lot with adequate information to visit attractive places at Mallorca. The property also runs a cafeteria right at the ground just outside of the reception. That cafeteria is also a handy place to relax calmly with comfort. The location is quite near to the airport, easily accessible by taxi. However, to go to the city centre/ public bus hub to all directions (plaza esplanade) takes about 30 mins if you go by public bus. The location is not the best place to see the sunset. But the ambience at the location with full of tourists and cyclists is astounding. We would recommend you to stay at the property.

Fabulous apartment Delfin

We had a truly wonderful weekend stay at these amazing apartments. Clean, comfortable and welcoming with the most fantastic view. A great place to kick back and relax.

The pictures don't do it justice.... The apartment was amazing, fully equipped and with views to die for! Beach is 50m! Lots of restaurants around. We went in Feb so it was quiet Wish we could have stayed there longer!

Lovely but beware of exorbitant late check in fee!

Apartments are lovely. Fantastically clean. Great view of the beach.Only downside is if you arrive after 7 pm there is a 20 to 30 euro late check in fee,which wasn't mentioned when booking. Having travelled all over the world arriving at all sorts of ungodly hours, I was a bit annoyed that they feel they can charge this on top of the price of the apartment.

This is a beautiful apartment with first class amenities in a really great spot . We only stayed one night for the occasion of our 50th wedding anniversary . We had booked a normal apartment but upgraded to a hot tub apartment. our stay was spoiled because initially the room was not ready and this was because the hot tub was being cleaned and refilled . My heart sank on hearing this as even I knew there was no way it would be hot enough for our one night !! We had to go away for an hour or so initially checking in about 1.30 pm . t 9 o’clock that night having waited as long as we could we did indeed find that the tub was not hot enough to use . So disappointing ! In addition because It was across from the beach and lots of bars etc it was noisy until about 3pm lots of shouting and also late returns in the building . Sadly very disappointed .
