One of the best places in Europe

Our host was so amazing . The room was beautiful , the space was beautiful. There was so much attention given to us during our stay from the minute our host came to meet us at our taxi drop off to the moment where she made several phone calls for us to help us get Covid tested , a nice drink together and always a warm and friendly disposition. The location was central and perfect and beautiful . I cannot wait to return

Lovely Stay

Wonderful hosts, very friendly and took a lot of time to provide recommendations. The room was great and very upscale. The bed was comfortable and soft. The Wifi worked fine for streaming and video calls. The common area is a nice touch. The location is central to Split but nice and quiet. Would highly recommend

Exceptional! Quiet but fabulous location! Charming

This place was lovely and the host was exceptional. Just a few steps from old city walls. Room is fabulous and lovely sitting area outside for guests. You can’t go wrong staying here. Sanja is very responsive to any need and helped us with easy parking just down the street.

An amazing home base to explore old town Split.

Lanterna Rooms was the perfect home base for us to explore Split. The location is less than a block from the heart of the old city, but in a wonderfully quiet alley that blocks all the old city noise. The staff are amazing and the room was perfect! I can't recommend this place enough, if you want to near to the old city, but have a quite place to retreat to.

Amazing find for rooms in Split, Croatia

An excellent stay, in a lovely room with wonderful hospitality. Sanja could not do enough for us, better than any hotel stay, especially if you don't eat breakfast (which we don't). The room was extremely well equipped, the beds very comfortable and shower lovely. We even had a fridge large enough to hold large bottles of water plus small amounts of food if required. Sanja gave us a really useful map, pointing out all the areas that we said we might be interested in seeing, right down to the Bus Stop and Number for the local buses. I would recommend staying here to everyone who wants to be within 10 minutes walk of the Diocletian Palace and the Promenade.

Lovely little place!

I recommend Lanterna Rooms. Only there for one night and wish I could stay longer. Small and clean hotel with nice design. The area is the best in Split.

The owners go above and beyond for their guests. They walked down the road to meet us. They walked us to breakfast and to our ship. Wonderful and unique accommodation.

Gorgeous hotel

Absolutely beautiful rooms, and a very comfortable stay. Very comfortable bedding, spacious and excellent amenities. It was also very close to everything in the old town, and the best bakery I had found. Would highly recommend
