It definitely felt like you were staying in someone’s home, (which isn’t bad). We had the #3 room king with jacuzzi. The bed was really comfortable and sheets were super soft. The room was spacious and cozy. Jacuzzi tub was a nice bonus and so was the fireplace on a cold/rainy weekend. Robes were nice too. I skipped a shower because I hadn’t brought shampoo/conditioner so that would have been a nice touch. Breakfast was half a Belgian waffle, bacon and pineapple. Yummy but a little light. The coffee station, peppermint patties and stocked mini fridge were nice touches. It was an easy walk into turn for a latte in the morning. We are at Limoncello which was wonderful! Pool and hot tub looked nice but we were there in Feb.

Weekend gateway

Will was a great host. The breakfast on both mornings was fantastic. The property could use some TLC, deep cleaning, some painting. Nice pool on a hot day. Very close to the Talbot St where everything happens.

The rooms are comfortable and clean and breakfast like home. Lighting fixtures and furniture are heavy Victorian style, the front porch needs clean up of leaves and overgrown shrubs, the house needs painting. The coffee bar needs clean spoons, fresh honey for tea, and better quality coffee pods for the Keurig machine. Decluttering thé interior and getting rid of fake flowers everywhere would improve the experience.

I loved the location, the room and the gardens, and the genuine graciousness of the Innkeepers. Also, the fellow guests were really enjoyable breakfast companions. Food was great too!

Excellent B&B with a pool! the pool was clutch because we were there probably on the hottest days of the year so going in after a long day of walking around was nice. Used the pool until 10pm. Food was good, room was clean, people were nice. What else could you ask for. The only thing I noticed (and it wasn't a big deal) was the mirror in the room was too low on the wall (I'm 5'8 and still had to bend a little) and there was only one mirror so if you're in a hurry getting ready with your spouse it could be annoying. But this is a very small detail on what was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this place.
