Excellent, but oh gosh, the WiFi issue...

I burned through 500 pesos of data because I was unable to connect to the local WiFi. The concierge had to give me an ethernet cable to connect into the internet in my room because I was working with my laptop daily. I wasn't impressed with that issue, but otherwise I really enjoyed my stay there.

Overall satisfied

Everything is fine, I'll definitely stay here in the future. Issues are the cost for laundry service, it's INSANE expensive. Food in the hotel restaurant is okay, but the hours to request food seems kind of silly. There's a lot of chlorine in the water, they desperately need a carbon filtration system for the whole hotel. Staff was courteous & very friendly, helpful. Restaurant staff weren't the most attentive & had a difficult time getting my breakfast order correct. Need to get the WiFi issue resolved for the higher levels. I had to buy extra data for my phone while here.

The best option for the price. The hotel looks a lot more expensive than it is.

Everything was real good, except the service at restaurant. Waitress where a little unfriendly and they don't check on customers that often.

The location is fantastic, you can’t beat it, centrally located in a very safe area. The place is Pep clean however it’s starting to show its age especially in the decor in the rooms which really needs to be updated because it looks very 1980s even those places built 90 certain 2000s… What’s really disappointing is the fact that I have been coming for years and have asked management to designate the two parking spots beside the entrance in the underground parking as handicap spots or accessible spots and he refuses to do so. But it is OK to let any other part park there an inconvenience those special needs that need to be closer to the entrance and a wider birth to get in and out of the vehicle. I also do not like how the nickel and dime you, this is the only hotel I have ever been in that charges you for a super. And of course you have to do you get a delivery which means extra for tip. When every other place I’ve been in has its own ice machine where people can self service. When I first started coming, the staff are able to serve in multiple languages, but this last time even serve in English. And you could tell that there are troubles when there are signs outside looking for an entire new staff from cooks to front desk to service. Something tells me that there is other problem with management or with working conditions if they cannot keep their staff and that sounds like the hotel could be in trouble. I like this hotel but I have noticed if you arrived late after 9 pm they tend to give you crappy rooms I had book 2 rooms on this visit and they. Gave me two rooms on 1st floor where it was noisy
