20% Spring Special ! 5 Best Condo, Close to Ritz & Marriott Beach

We loved everything about this condo complex and our condo! If you are interested in a more secluded location than a resort, this place is exactly that! My husband and I spent 8 days, 7 nights here honeymooning and don’t have a single complaint about anything. Everything was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Maria was very helpful and there were even backpack beach chairs and a cooler for us to use. (We had people ask us where to buy the beach chairs because they are so cool!) The location is super close to the resort area and a lot of beaches but we were glad that we rented a car for exploring. If and when we go back to Aruba, we have already decided that we will stay here again! The whole complex was extremely safe and all of our neighbors were super nice! There’s gated parking with key code entry and then key code entry to go from the parking lot to the actual complex.

Online payment was easy. Distance from the airport wasn't bad. Car rental is a must. Had to call owner for door code but Maria answered immediately. Overall would recommend to others and would stay here again

Upon arrival, I was disappointed in the location and condition of the condo. Because it was way below our expectations compared to the online pictures and descriptions. And compared to many other places we’ve been. As the week went on, we grew more familiar with the the area and everything was fine. We would come back.

The property was located very close to the nicest (more quieter) beaches like Boca Catalina, Malmok , and Arashi. The property was well maintained and our condo had everything to make our stay as enjoyable as can be. It was clean and very well stocked with everything you needed for cooking meals. The condo also had coolers and beach chairs which was a very nice bonus. The owner also allowed us to check out late at no extra charge. If you are a nature lover, you will enjoy the many variety of birds in the area. All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay with no complaints whatsoever........well maybe one; sharper kitchen knives! LOL!

2nd time renting Maria's property. Didnt change from the first time . Both times were exallent. Maria is so easy to get ahold of. We are already planning our next trip

This condo was everything we wanted and needed for our stay in Aruba! Condo is clean and comfortable with all of the necessities. We found the beach chairs, beach towels, and cooler very helpful for our trips to the beach. We got to meet Peter when we arrived, he gave us some great tips for getting around and enjoying the island. If we return to Aruba we will stay here again.

Loved our stay here! Everything possible that you will need for your stay. We had use of beach chairs, cooler, kitchen supplies galore. Super comfy bed that we slept so well in. Gorgeous kitchen and bath. Couldn’t have been happier there. Like we were in our own little world and even ran into Virginians at the pool which was pretty cool. Super convenient to the beach. We used the Marriott as our entrance to the beach and loved there drinks/food but were lucky to pay what we did and not Marriott room prices. We visited Aruba twice by cruise ship. It was very pleasant and decided to give it a long term look. We found Maria's place at Wayacama Condos. It was a great place to stay. centralized in the island which allowed us to visit different areas of the island. It was clean with many amenities and a The island was more beautiful when seen over time. We found this condo to be everything advertised and will gladly visit again. Thank you, Maria, for a wonderful stay.
