FRAUD. Room is not like pics

The pictures are not like the ones on the listing. I emailed to ask about this, and they mentioned the pics are not accurate so I requested to cancel. They refused to cancel, and hotels.com did not assist me with this cancellation.

Great hotel for a short city state.

Great, convenient to rooms at high standard and with everything one may need. Comfortable bed and pleasant bathroom and shower. Breathtaking view from the balcony. Bonus for a really nice and relaxing pool area.

Hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff are very friendly. Room was so so spacious and views are incredible. Only thing I didn’t like was breakfast which was extortionate and not very good.

Beautiful 2 bedroom suite with an amazing view of Nha Trang beach. Our ordered pick up was seamless and the person who greeted us from the hotel was meticulous. The staff are very friendly. Short walk to the beach. Only down sides are that the air conditioning does not go full blast (I tend to like the temp at 18-20C and it did not cool to that low due to the large windows) and the small refrigerator has no freezer box section / barely got cold. Overall, loved this condotel and would stay again; staff amazing; rooms nice with each room with its own TV; and good location.

Amazing Hotel

Beautiful hotel with impeccable service - amazing view of Nha Trang beach . Huge thank you to Duan the duty manager and his front of staff who were friendly helpful and always with a smile.

Good location

We were given an ocean view 1 bedroom apartment. Not very room and quite compact however rooms were neat and clean. Rooms are classed as non smoking however there were guests smoking in the hallway near lifts which had ashtray stands on our floor. We advised and complained to the reception staff but were told that smoking was allowed!! We were not happy and extremely disappointed with their answer. We chose this hotel as it stated non smoking being that we have 2 young children with Asthma. Besides that incident the hotel offers a huge buffet breakfast selection with a great variety. Staff were friendly.
