Yesterday I drove from Amarillo, TX to Forrest City, with my co-pilot, 1 eyed, 9 yr old basset hound. For the first time traveling alone and spending a night on the road I felt SAFE----and had a great night of sleep, as did MayPearl, my co-pilot! The motel was clean, quiet and the staff was upbeat and accommodating. The best part there is is little park across the road from the back side of the motel---where we were. Perfect for a dog walk, and again safe. Because of Covid I was worried about the cleanliness of the room, but it was incredibly clean. The bed was comfortable, and clean, clean clean. Internet was good, as was the tv. I did not take advantage of the breakfast.....HIGHLY recommend----close to Memphis and was thru there before rush hour.

Great location and great staff, very clean and quiet as wel.

The shower was cold. It took 10 mins to get hot. I got 3 hours of sleep with all the lights outside in the parking lot. Couldn't get comfortable in the bed. All these are my personal preference other than the shower so don't rely heavily on my review.

There was a young lady who worked at the front desk and I believe Her name was Danesha, I could Be wrong , my memory can be weird lol, but she worked during the day and was there till about 1 and she helped me and my family with our rooms and made sure everything was good to go from when we came in till when we left. She was very informative , sweet, professional as well as courteous! Please if possible let her know we appreciate her being so sweet during our stay, it was a sad weekend as we came in for a funeral for my uncle. Quality Inn definitely would be somewhere we would stay again! Highly recommend!!!

The staff at Quality Inn were amazing. The rooms were very clean and updated. Internet was outstanding. But the staff....the staff was what made the stay wonderful! Fresh baked cookies were offered, they took pictures of our group, and the housekeeping crew were so kind. I'll definitely be staying here again whenever I travel through!

This hotel represents a lot of wear and tear. Upon check-in, our room had no toilet paper, a lamp that didn't work and smelled of cigarette smoke. We were moved to another room with toilet paper, however it also had a lamp that didn't work. The bed covers were very stained and the floors were very dirty. The bathroom also was in need of attention as the door didn't close and the toilet base was very loose.

Room was clean. There had been some updating of the old facility, however the bathroom/tub shower was very old and in poor condition, but it did work and was clean.
