Not what I booked

Christy at check in was sweet and you can see the hotel was once a beautiful and exclusive place. But the area was not great. And I had asked for two queen beds and had two double beds. And the sign on the room said non-smoking but the room reeked of smoke.

NOT SO GOOD, MY Tv was missing cables to work, had to program a remote they gave me, hole in wall, no shower curtain, told front desk, waited until 3 a.m. with no word from them

Clean and quiet didn’t have no problems at all . Also they served breakfast which was excellent too .

Arrived late, late in the evening. Clean and quiet parking lot. My daughter loved the lights, pool and huge lobby. Room clean and hotel very quiet. We will definitely use this place more often!

Wrong size bed

We booked a king and had a confirmation. Check in is 3:00. We arrived at 3:10 and were told they didn’t have any kings left. Put us in a “queen”. Barely a full sized bed. 😠

Come back when they complete the renovation!

This facility is obviously a work in progress. Was pleased that the AC worked and the bed was comfortable. The rest of the facility is a wreck. TV remote had dead batteries. The staff took batteries from their remote as there were no spare batteries in the facility. The electric plug for the microwave and refrigerator would not stay inserted in the outlet. The ground prong was cut off as the outlet only had two prongs. The toilet paper holder was ripped off the wall. Looks like it has happened several times. Solution is to just put the toilet paper on the counter. At least the room had toilet paper. Didn’t see a lock on a single exterior door. Most of the doors don’t actually even close properly. Several elevators in the facility, none work. This facility was obviously quite a remarkable place once upon a time. Looks like someone is trying to renovate and upgrade but much more should have been done before renting room to any guest! Don’t understand why Hotels.com would even handle this property. Really shocking.

The service was great! The bathroom did not seem to have been cleaned very well. There was hair on the side of the bathtub and hair in the sink, it looked like someohad shaved and the sink didn't get completely cleaned out.
