Although not near to any train station, but it has a Lawson convenient store next to it. Another 5mins walk to some eatery or 10mins walk to a hypermarket or shopping mall with food court. The hotel provide shuttle bus service to Disneyland & disneysea. Breakfast was not fantastic but adequate. The room is big for Tokyo standard & very comfortable. Kids loves it. Highly recommended.

Awesome hotel

We love this hotel. For the price we pay, it is definitely worth it. Bento breakfast and free drinks for supper. Equipped with laundry facilities and the 24 hours convenient store is only outside the hotel. Small play area for kids is handy when we were waiting for the bus to bring us to disneysea and shin urayasu station. Highly recommended and will stay here again during our next visit.

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The free drinks in the afternoon and evening was good, but I was a little amazed you couldn’t get a coffee or hot tea on the morning with breakfast. The breakfast option was a bit limited. The second morning we missed out on the sandwich as they all went. Good presentation, but underneath a very basic hotel. Price was good value.

Lounge with free drinks

There is no airport limousine directly to the hotel so you have to drop at a nearby hotel and walk there. Room is clean and space is sufficient for 2 big luggages. What we liked most was the lounge that opens daily from 2pm-12am. You can buy food from the nearby convenience store that’s a minute away and enjoy your food and free beverages at the lounge. Hotel also provides free shuttle bus to disneyland and disneysea. However, it is very crowded in the morning so you need to be there earlier to queue for the bus. Shuttle buses are supposingly scheduled to come every 15 minutes but there was once we couldn’t board the 9.15am bus because it was full and the next bus only came at 10.10am. We waited for an hour. Hotel also provides daily breakfast but note that it’s a bento set and portion is rather small for big eaters like us. Overall, we are quite satisfied with the service from the hotel except for the wait for shuttle bus.

This hotel only exists because of the Disney parks. It is very basic, but that's ok as you're unlikely to spend much time here. The best feature is the excellent bus transfer to the parks, which run every 15 minutes. There is a 24 hours Lawson convenience store very close by.

Loved the shuttle service. The room was a little too small for our family of 4. Beds are a little bit hard, got used to them.. it was nice overall. Shuttle service to Maihama Station and Disneyland are very good and on time.
