Met our needs

We were looking for an inexpensive place to stay for a night. This met that. The beds were comfortable and everything in the room worked. Biggest complaint was if you walked around in the room barefooted you would have to clean your feet off before putting on socks and shoes. There was an odd "chemical" smell when we went in the room. I thought it may have been what they were cleaning with but after seeing how dirty the floor was I am not sure. Overall it met our needs.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This was one of the absolute worst places that I’ve stayed in a very long time. As soon as I got past the front desk the overwhelming smell of smoke hit me. Requested a new room and that room seemed better but was actually just as bad except it was cleaner. The smell was so bad that my eyes burned all night long and were irritated and red most of the next day. My clothes smelled like smoke and I ended up checking out a day early and finding another place to stay. There were absolutely NO amenities at all, not even shampoos or extra towels, not even hand towels. I will never ever stay at another WoodSpring Suites again.

The room smelt so bad we were almost unable to stay there. The entire facility had a very strong gross odor. Mattress was rock solid. Will never stay here again. Not a good experience

I have never left a review for anything in my life, but this is warranted. I have been a fire medic for 20 years of my life, so this review is coming from experience. Checked in and as I approached the hotel, two men outside the hotel were high on fentanyl. Once I got somebody to come down to the lobby to check me i proceeded to go to my room. Once the fire door was open to get into the hotel area itself it was a overpowering smell of pot. Room had not been cleaned at all. Bed were made, but that was it. Used soap on the counter, hair in the tub and toilet, hair on the sheets and a big blood stain on one of the pillows. The lady at the front desk the next morning was on the ball to get the room cleaned and apologized. She was good. 4 night stay and every night coming back from the convention was a haze of pot in the halls and smoked meth in the elevators. One morning we came out to the truck to find a spent can of pepper spray laying in front of the truck and socks laying in the parking lot. I would not stay in this place again if it was the last room in a 50 mile radius. Louisville cops could have a hayday in that place.

Great stay, bad beds

I enjoyed the accessibility to local attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the bed were uncomfortable and needed more pillows and updated bedding.

The only positive of my stay is that the lady at the front desk was nice. The room was very very dirty. There was a roach in the room, dirt and hair all along the baseboards, and dirty sheets that were obviously not changed.

Roaches

No coffee pot. Dirty floors. No shampop or conditioner. And cockroaches. I piled all my stuff back into my bag and stacked it in a chair. Nobody at the desk to complain about the roach. In the morning when I left, still nobody. But a strange man asked if id let him in and then asked if I use "Icecream"... would not recommend.
