They did a good job faking quality. The bed sheets were dirty and we had to change our own sheets after checking in. Whoever put the shower together must’ve not been paying attention. The glass door for the shower was stuck. The shower itself was dirty. I’m not really sure these are things you can blame covid for. I wont be visiting again.

It was a nice clean hotel, with a very nice breakfast, everything was wrapped individually, and they provided gloves for you to wear, while getting your food. The only trouble we had was that it is tucked in and we didn't see it at first. They provided us with parking tickets for the garage across the road, as there is not much parking area. If the weather had been nicer, it is in walking distance of the falls and other attraction, we just choose to drive to the falls which is just a 5 minute drive, because it was snowing. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, we would stay there again for sure.

Overall, it was a good escape during COVID. However, some things to improve on. 1) The off-site parking garage is in bad condition and very sketchy. The elevator didn’t work and made my grandma walk 3 flights of stairs. 2) Please put time slots for the swimming pool in the time of Covid. My brother and I were often disappointed when we went down to the swimming pool and there were a lot of people at the pool. Time slots that one or two families would fill would take care of this frustration. 3) The complimentary breakfast was good, but there was some room for improvement. I would’ve enjoyed bacon or a sausage patty, however there was nothing. The staff was great and if these improvements take place, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic and comfortable stay at Hyatt Place! The bar manager even fired up his kitchen equipment for lunch after my family of four ventured out into the snow to find that all local restaurants were closed due to weather. He was so very accommodating and made us feel like family. Check in and check out was super fast. There was plenty of space throughout the hotel for us to spread out when we needed to get out of the room. The location to the falls couldn’t have been better. And the views were fantastic. Over all, with the fantastic staff, super clean rooms, comfy room and excellent amenities, I would DEFINITELY recommend Hyatt Place to any visitor to Niagara Falls.

They charged me a deposit twice of $75...upon checkout only one has been removed from my bank account so far. Make sure they only pre authorize one amount!!! We had to request bath towels upon arrival to room. King size bed was very uncomfortable & felt the springs. Pillows were awful too. And room blind was messed up...button on wall you push to activate them up & down but shade kept unrolling & wouldnt stop! Can honestly say I wont stay here again. Not impressed for amount you pay. Not good views either of the Falls

Upon check in, Jason was magnificent. Once we got to our room, the room was beautiful, but it was freezing. Checked in at 3:45 p.m. and turned heat up to max immediately. Left out to go park car across the street at the parking garage used by the hotel. Ladies, due to me of security conscious mindset, I don't approve of this garage if you are alone. It is dark, looks abandoned, and doesn't seem to be secure. Wenwe

Great price excellent breakfast. Paying for parking was a little frustrating.

Great location. Staff was great. We forgot our phone charger and the young lady at the front desk let us borrow hers. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, clean and updated. Professional and friendly staff- especially with my large dogs. Located in great part of city.
