This place is 100% awesome. Clean, safe, quiet, spacious. I was given an upgrade and I was able to fill my ice containers at night and put them in the very nice refrigerator freezer, where the froze into blocks that will keep my stuff cold all day. The room was huge, the staff helpful and kind. I’d give them 10 stars!! Plus, the best free amenity ever: free postcards with images of the local area by a local photographer. They welcomed me to help myself - my friends, nieces and nephews will so love these!!

Quaint & cute small-town stay

Ok, I was really surprised. We did not expect much out of this property, given the photos and the area. It ended up being better than expected. We were greeted with a warm and friendly smile and given clear instructions on how everything works, where our room is, and even suggestions on local dining options. The room was good, comfortable, and clean. Normally they do not serve breakfast, but we were informed by the front desk clerk that they had special donut Sundays. the only drawback was that the pool was very small and boring, with no hot tub. Overall, though, given the price of other options in the area, this was well worth it.

Front desk got confused about my booking. I had booked 2 rooms and they said I had one room booked. Thankfully they did have another one. They had somehow charged me for 3 rooms. Hopefully everything will be cleared up.

We thought the rustic Inn was a very good value for Moab. Well located, building and grounds in good condition. Attractive room, well appointed, with furnishings in good condition, and comfortable beds. Mild downsides were only one sink shared between bathroom and kitchenette, and lack of a light over this sink. Would definitely stay here again.

enjoyable 3 night stay

the room was spacious and had a full size fridge, a microwave and dishes. We were able to refrigerate and heat up our leftovers from dinner the prior night. located in town so we could walk to shops and restaurants. Was able to do launrey on premises. Staff was friendly and accomodating.

No bathroom sink and rude employee.

The woman who checked us in was rude. We arrived late and i felt like she was annoyed. The bathroom does not have a sink. You have to use the kitchenette sink to wash hands, brush your teeth, and the kitchen mirror to fix hair, do makeup, etc. It seems very unsanitary to then use it for food, cooking, etc. It was a very awkward setup.

Hidden locally owned gem

Quiet, clean and comfortable. It’s not modern but I’ll take everything it has to offer. It’s off the main drag and it was a great place to stay. We will stay there again
