This hotel exceeded our expectations. Our suite was clean and beautiful, very spacious, and kept clean everyday. The pool area is just wonderful and the hotel offers amazing views of the city. Breakfast is served when you want every morning and is absolutely delicious! The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and were available at all times if we needed something or had any questions, and were always doing do with a smile. They can be joined by text message anytime for inquiries which was very practical (and also when you are ready for breakfast!) Would recommend this hotel to anyone and looking forward to staying there again!

This was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in ... the views were incredible. We paid slightly more for a bigger room nearest the pool and it was worth it for the views over the terrace. We stayed in September 2020, in Covid times and everything was well managed. John, the Hotel Manager, was very helpful and i would encourage anyone considering going to Santorini to go soon, if at all possible.. as you'll get to avoid the crowds and experience a more peaceful Santorini. In summary, perfect and 10/10!

An absolutely stunning stay. The views are spectacular. Breakfast is a joy to have on the balcony. The bedrooms are gorgeous and Grecian. The service and hospitality is first class. John the manager is superb. Goes above and beyond and turkey makes you stay in Santorini a little more exceptionally. The location is second to none, I would only tell my friends to stay here.

Swimming pool was not available and hot tub not available. Room is not look what we expected.

Our room had an amazing view of the sea and cliff side, and breakfast was delivered to our room. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. We didn’t like that the hot tub was not in use. Cold weather is the best tune for a hot tub!

The hotel staff was super friendly and accommodating. I would recommend anyone who enjoys comfort and customer service to stay here. Stunning views, cozy rooms, and excellent service. They offered to take us to and from the airport and carries our luggage down the steep steps of Santorini. 5 stars to say the least! Thanks again!

Location is beautiful, property is very clean and staff is very nice 👍

Hotel has a really amazing view of the Aegean Sea and a great spot to catch the evening sunset as well as the surrounding Fira town. The town is a short walking distance and convenient to get meals and snacks. Hotel staff is friendly and very helpful, giving recommendations on places to eat and visit. There is a taxi and bus station nearby as well, making it really convenient to go on trips eg to vineyard or Oia town to see the blue dome churches. The well know Virgin Mary Orthodox Church is about 20 minutes walk from the hotel. Rooms though are quite basic though and 3 star category amenities. WiFi is weak. Breakfast is decent, albeit limited spread and portion - served in room.
