Very conveniently located and the self-check in system was great. The room was way small, noisy and damp. Also, the bed was falling apart.

Good for Short Stays

It's a lovely, easy but slight expensive hotel close to the city centre and the central station. The bathrooms are tiny so for two people it gets a bit cramped in there, but the beds are super comfortable so for a short stay, would recommend.

Was a great stay. The Coffee Lab did not accept cash or Visa., which made for the biggest problem.

Since there’s no front desk, it’s important that the booking process between Orbitz and property work seamlessly. Hours after is booked I didn’t have check in info or know that a special email should have been sent. I arrived at the property and had to call Customer service, which as an international guest was expensive and complicated. The check in email never arrived.

What a gem

I got stranded in Den Bosch with train issues and looked up cheapest hotel closest to train station. I honestly wasn't expecting anything as long as there is a bed. What i got was a cozy beautiful room with a enormous bathroom and bed, anything I would wish for a holiday stay. Proper minifridge, quality soaps and conditioner, Netflix and free wifi...I am definitely coming back someday for more than a "forced to find a bed for the night" stay! Place is self-check in with no staff on-site, I had some issue with my check-in and got quickly hold of a lovely lady by the phone who was more than amazing in getting me all settled in.

Very basic no kettle, For the money paid for our weekend was terrible especially when its all self service we paid for 4 star only received 2 star. the only positive is its central. The pictures you have are very tells a different story to what is real. no drawers, wardrobe. tv not hd.
