front desk staff was not helpful and VERY RUDE...only staff here if you are FORCED to. the beds feels like folded cardboard wrapped in cheap sheets. The floors were flithy as evidenced by the bottom of our clean socks walking around a few times on the floor and then being filthy. Gross. The only thing good about the hotel is that their towels were thick and seemed clean.

Unprofessional is the best way to describe the staff none helpfull and all around rude. Oh and apparently forgers too. They lied to me about having booked another night and to what i was told by the person wbo finally helped me. Was that they had my signature for both nights.

Manager was rude and did not engage in providing a pleasant customer service experience. Booked a room for two nights but stayed three due to snow. We were told we could not have clean towels because they didn’t have any. Do not recommend staying there.

Horrible from the start. The lady at check-in was rude. The room was gross. Sticky floor, bed was old and uncomfortable. Water pressure in the shower was the only good thing.

I was very upset the beds springs were starting to poke through and it made so much noise when you sat on it and moved. The phone did not work and every channel i tried to watch had a pin code on it. The hair dryer didnt work either . I told them about it and all i got was "next time we will give you a good deal" and the housekeeping supervisor said she would compensate me and had my number and would call surprise never did.

I'm guessing that the place is undergoing a renovation as it seemed half of my room was updated. Beds and television were in good condition, but the rest of the furnishings and bathroom need work (except for the shower water pressure, which was great). Not sure the (newer) faux-wood laminate flooring was the best choice for an older property adjacent to a busy highway. Combined with dilapidated room windows, the room was pretty noisy. The staff member at check-in was pleasant, but clerk at check-out was rude! Finally, the hotel requires a $75 deposit in case you "trash the room" and/or smoke in your room, balcony or anywhere on property (they suggest you smoke off-property- basically at the 205 freeway off-ramp). Whatever.

I’ve stayed here multiple times for business in the area and overall, it’s a great value. Front desk people always courteous and efficient. Housekeeping/maintenance though are different. Have had plumbing, tv, window, A/C problems. Have had no wash cloths, no soap, no shampoo, no bath mat, fully frozen fridge, and more. Attention to detail by housekeeping is making me reticent to stay again because if they’re missing the easy things, are they sanitizing knobs, hard surfaces, appliances?
