We were satisfied with our room, it was spacious and the bed was comfy. The restaurant onsite is really good and the breakfast was great! Staff super nice. Negative that the water for the bathroom is slightly salty and after a day at the beach you would like to use natural pure water to take away the salt and sand. (Personal preference) if you prefer a quiet room, dont choose it by the pool as it can get a bit loud. Overall we were quite happy with the hotel, would go back.

Great place with even better people! Loved it here. would definitely stay again. It’s pricey - (averaged $425 per night, breakfasts included) but you get what you pay for! Grounds maintained, pool could use a good scrub… but the whole environment in general was a B

Absolutely GORGEOUS. I loved that there were no TVs in our rooms. We were able to unplug from that aspect of life and truly enjoy relaxing on the beach. We had a ocean room and it was so great being able to walk out of our room, right on to the beach. The beach bar was a 20 second walk from our room and the restaurant was a 30 second walk from our room. I would stay here again. The staff were beyond incredible.

Coco limited

The room had a partial ocean view. A really nice balcony and was quiet. I was there during a slow period in Tulum which I prefer. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The room would be a solid 3 star in tulum.

Overpriced for the condition of this ‘boutique’ hotel. Noise from neighbouring hotels is unbearable. Need to be up early to be able to get a decent bed on the beach, for the price they charge you would expect them to have enough beds and not have to use a cushion. If you order drinks from the bar be very careful to check before you sign, they add things on hoping you don’t notice.

Fantastic staff at a fantastic place

This property is fantastic and run by a great staff. The grounds were gorgeous and the room was perfect. The restaurant was good and the location was great. Yazmine went above and beyond her regular duties to make sure we were comfortable and had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this place to stay.
