Excelent and confortable hotel. They have many activities, best food, pool

I booked this hotel for 2 nights. But when we get there it was closed. We were very disappointed. Fortunately I didn't pay up front for the hotel. Maybe one day we will go back.

NASTY NASTY NASTY!!! This was the worse experience and stay ever for it being my first time in DR!! The hotel looks nothing like the pictures online! The service was extremely horrible checking in I only received 1 keycard they claimed they didn’t have enough for 2 key cards per room and to come back tomorrow came back and they still didn’t have any!! I had to call the front desk multiple times for different problems in my room, no water throughout the entire room, then no hot water, then there were problems with the television it wouldn’t come on, all of this was just the first day of checking in and finally when I decide to lay down for the night there was BED BUGS in the bed!!! I was so happy I checked the bed before laying down in the bed!!! It took forever for them to switch rooms I finally got my new room and once again problems with the water! They didn’t compensate me at all and the front desk was extremely rude all because I called them out on their horrible hotel with horrible rooms and horrible service!! Not only that the guy in the lobby selling expedition tours is a total rip off and scam! That party boat is a scam it was NOT open bar nor was it all you can eat do please don’t get ripped off like we did!! I DON’T recommend anyone to stay at this filthy place it’s a rip off!!!

The rooms need upgrade there no iron or coffee maker in the rooms. They give u 2 bottles of water after you are done u have to refill the bottles with a cooler that out side ur room. Positive is that they are very clean food is good. The beach is nice and clean staff very friendly.

The hotel doesn’t have lot of variety of meals . Is very simple Lot of local people trying to sale you things was very annoying , the hotel was k I won’t recommended for a long time period . The hotel doesn’t look like the picture . Drinks where cheap very cheap % some restaurant around you have to pay . Monday’s are very boring% I would chose another hotel next time . This hotel needs to update Their food menu and amenities

Like: good beach, services and food Dont like: fee for the safe in the room, WiFi in the room might be better

The property was nice and as Slightly nicer than I expected based on the reviews. The photos showed only 1 pool nut
