Just needs a lot of work. There were so many issues, that remained unresolved. The food isn’t great. Some of the staff were incredible, some of them treated us like we were annoying / embarrassing if we asked anything. Beach was gorgeous though and the rooms are really nice.

The hotel lobby is so small and worn. No room for social distancing. The property is dirty, the pool water is not clear. The guests at the hotel are low class, I had someone spit into the bushes right in front of me after he exited the pool, so much for Covid concerns. The wait staff is slow and does not pick up the lunch plates. Flies, ants and spiders were everywhere while we were eating lunch. This is a time share or what they call a vacation rental property. They don’t tell you that in the booking part online. The front desk manager is rude and unconcerned about the conditions of the property. It was 4:30pm and we still couldn’t get a room. We were told 3X to come back to the crowded, dirty lobby. No free water sports. Nothing to do, except get a tour of the time share. We voted with our feet and decided to leave because instead of a dream it was a nightmare.

Good: Super clean and well maintained grounds. Friendly entertainment crew, especially Victor and bartender, Raul. Spacious room. Variety of dinner restaurants without having to make reservations. Great for families Bad: beach area us super rocky, unable to swim without injuries to toes (although staff does great job cleaning seaweed and trash daily). Breakfast area is crowded and super slow (only one buffet area opened for breakfast) preferred club is a joke, they only have several premium liquors available and it seems they only open one bottle every other day, (I sampled don julio añejo once during my stay because bottle had just finished everytime I tried). Preferred beach bar shuts down at 5pm, and indoor preferred bar at 10pm. Unsupervised children in the pool and hotel staff doesn't care to ask parents to supervise their kids jumping from a bridge which connects one side of pool to the other and has a lot of foot traffic.

I had a great experience while at Dreams. Enjoyed the music entertaining. Even tho it rained a lot one day i was able to still enjoy myself. De debítela will return.

Beautiful place, definitely a little getaway . Spoke to staff, and they are still barely opening up activities due to covid 19. But over all still have a bunch to do and even relax by the pool or the ocean, walking distance .

I would highly recommend this trip to anyone looking for a romantic get away
