We had an amazing stay, we couldn’t fault anything! The property is like paradise, the food and drinks were incredible and the staff were warm, welcoming and professional. We can’t wait to return!!

This property is AMAZING! We love every thing this place has to offer. The staff were so FRIENDLY! How can we say goodbye to Marcus our server. The buffet was Great! My family of 4 college kids were looking forward to our morning breakfasts and many meals at this hotel. Every restaurants were fun and great to visit. The entertainment and activities were on point. I loved that we can just walk from our room to hop on the boat for our ocean excursion without having to drive to the marina. The rooms were nice and clean.

Not meeting our expectation

We booked Duplex, 1 King Bed, Terrace (Ocean Front) for 3 nights, but the experience didn't meet our expectation especially the hygiene, for example, hotel like to put some real flowers after they made the bed in the morning but there was some ants on the flower that will crawl on your bed. We found some ants/insects on the table every morning. The food in different restaurant is just fine and the fish or crab meet is not that fresh considering Fiji is an island that can get fresh fish easily, but might be the environment protection regulation limit the seafood variety.

Quite beautiful resort with a lot of facilities. There are a lot of dining options and food is delicious. The staff are friendly and you’ll always receive warm greetings when walking in the resort. But sometimes the service is not quite efficient- had to call for room service 3 times to get something been cleaned. Daily activities in the printed agenda also been changed to another location without any clear sign. So those details still have some room for improvement but overall great holiday experience.
