The hotel is in a quiet are in the middle of a big beautiful park.It's very clean and the service was very good. Breakfast was pretty diverse and they even had Prosecco.

Our room was clean. Breakfast was varied and more than adequate. Our only issue was some staff members in the restaurant were less than friendly. Not fatal at all, but highlighted by those who were extremely friendly and accommodating.

A little warn over great staff and facility. Tough to find with address as listed. Should make it a lot more specific so gps can find the hotel.

This hotel looked like a glitzy wedding venue. Total unsuitable for couples. For example we always sat at huge tables for 6 -8 people when it was just us two. A place that shows no hospitality skills at all. I could list countless examples but will mention just a few. The shower in the tiny wet room was directly over the WC. At night the hotel became cold there was no heating and our clothes became very damp. We were give an electric heat and saw that another guest had too. We carried lounge furniture outside to the large patio area ourselves because there was no garden furniture. On two consecutive mornings there was no member of staff to provide breakfast, we had to ask at reception and on the second day we had to wait for him to arrive (late to wor) Finally on departure another guests card was charge for our stay. Fortunately we had paid in advance.

　街の中心から離れているけれど、"Tsarevets”要塞遺跡群は歩いても行けなくはない。値段は高いけれど北西向きの部屋は街の眺めが良い。設備は最新でよく整っている。小瓶の赤ワインやカプセルコーヒーの無料サービスはありがたい。車利用なら街の中心より良いと思う。また、レストランも手頃な料金だった。

部屋が狭く、バスルームはシャワーを浴びると便器が必ず水浸しになる構造というか狭さ。街の中心部からも遠く、車がない限り勧められない。

Man muss ca. 30min zur Stadt laufen - oder ein Taxi nehmen - dafuer hat das Haus einen grossen Vorteil: Es bietet Parkmoeglichkeiten, mit denen es bei den Unterkuenften in der Altstadt eng aussieht 😀 Das Zimmer war sehr geraeumig, mit gutem Bett und modernem Bad. Auch das Fruehstueck sehr lecker und vielfaeltig, der Service beim Check-in und im Restaurant freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mir hat es dort sehr gut gefallen und ich wuerde die Unterkunft wieder waehlen, wenn ich in der Gegend bin.
