They speak very little English We did have a problem with housekeeping They didn,'t always clean our room For a 5 star the food could be better The beach people are great and the people at the desk were very nice

The property was beautiful! Very well taken care of staff is always out fixing around making sure everything is good. Staff Was very nice and pleasant. Food was amazing as expected . Entertainment was okay i thought it could have lasted longer 11pm is when things end . Also the tv didn’t have any cable only antenna with about 7-10 channels , we couldn’t switch the language either . We couldn’t order drinks to our room we were told we had to come down to the bars to drink I’ve never heard that in an all inclusive resort also why would i get a room wl a pool of i can’t enjoy drinks wl my spouse by the pool , they also told me that they fill up the mini bar fridge once a day and we couldn’t have more than 3 beers a day in there . Overall vacation was enjoyable but there’s some things they need to fix .

The property was really beautiful. The Food was pretty good. The reason you go to this property is because its Adults Only, Beautiful Ocean and Nice Room. The Food is ok, not great but not to bad. Best Restaurants were The Two Above Main Lobby - Mediterranean & Asian, and Peruvian Food Above Pool Bar. Don't waste your a meal on the two others near beach (not good at all). Best meal was Dominican Buffet on Friday nights. This hotel doesn't acknowledge any VIP status. Bad part on Expedia. I chatted with Expedia and they asked me If I wanted to cancel or change my stay. Crazy reply from Expedia. I won't be using expedia anymore. Walk to beach is about 1/4 mile walk. Beach was really busy mid January when we went. Not much English Speaking guest or employees but we managed. But worth it because of weather and beach.
