The room was huge and I like how the toilet was separated from the bath area. Breakfast buffet was superb!!! 6 elevators that were really fast. First time to be in here and will surely stay again.

Hotel was very clean with nice spacious room...very comfortable. I would have liked a wall mirror in the shower to be able to shave and shower at the same time. Otherwise great 2 night stay.

Great hotel when going to Disney

I chose this hotel due to it being very close to Disney with a free shuttle bus. The free shuttle bus will either take you to Tokyo Disneyland/Sea or JR Shinurayasi station. The hotel was very modern and the room was nice and spacious with beautiful views of the water. However, the beds were two separate twin beds that were just pushed together, which was slightly annoying. I did really enjoy that there was a Lawson convenience store at the bottom of the hotel, so we could grab some food and snacks. The LaLaport Tokyo-Bay was really close by train and was a super nice shopping centre. Being in Tokyo Bay, you are further away from the city (Shibuya, Harajuku etc), so definitely something to keep in mind. One night we did eat at the Hotel’s Coral Table buffet (9:30pm seating). It was a small buffet selection and quite pricey for what it was. I really liked that I was able to use the Airport Limousine Bus to go to Narita airport directly from the hotel, as it made it super convenient to get to the airport, especially since we had an early flight. Definitely, a nice hotel if you are wanting to go to Disney.

We arrived early and rooms were available but since the policy was a 1500 check in time, the staff was unable to flex to meet our needs. The staff is not train to understand the juggling on customers satisfaction priority with that of hotel policy. Missing the mark here.

Location is GREAT! Large windows and view of Tokyo Bay and City is GREAT! Breakfast is GREAT! STAFF are all GREAT, GREAT, GREAT!!! We enjoyed our stay at your hotel and cannot wait until we can stay there again. Thank you for your commitment to excellence and for allowing my wife and I to have a most relaxing holiday!
