Family vacation. Clean hotel and rooms. Everyone at front desk were friendly but only one person working at checkin so we had to wait quiet a while. Linen kn bed was poor quality and scratchy. Pool was nice and clean. View and location were wonderful. Breakfast was basically muffins, yogurt, coffee and cereal and I’m assuming that was due to COVID. Would have been nice to have option not to include breakfast because definitely not worth the cost. Overall would recommend and would return

TV didn't work, toilet was broken, mini fridge didn't work. Staff didn't even bother asking how our stay was. The staff wasn't rude, but they also weren't very pleasant either. Beds are awfully small for being queen size. Overall was just an ok experience. Expected more from such a highly rated hotel. Pretty disappointed. The views were great, but that was pretty much it.

I enjoyed the stay at the Edge. Very clean and good service. Only tough part is having to use the elevator instead of the stairs to go up one flight. The front desk is on 6th floor and we were on the 7th. So just a bit tedious to have to use the elevator each time. Other than that it was terrific!

Manager Chris was not nice at all! We booked ahead of time only to show up and rooms we booked weren’t available he was very rude to all of us including children he targeted us the rest of our stay

Great location quiet and clean. Excellent amenities and love the pool location.

Stains on sheets but they replaced them quickly, service at front counter was slow not great. Pool closed early and no hot tub. Other then that was just fine and dandy.

Very close to the beach. Within walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants. The hotle also had golf carts, bike and little cars for rent. The hotel was very nice overall, highly recommend staying here. There is a resort fee that is extra, but we knew that before we booked.

Great stay! We had some miss haps but the most important thing is that they were open solving the problem
