Luxury Villa at The Peninsula - Sleeps 14 - Great for Large Gatherings

Exactly what we were looking for! Everything from the beautiful, clean, spacious and comfortable home to the home owner who communicated very well. We now have some great memories that came out of this vacation which includes our 1 year old taking his first steps in the home! Everything that we needed was provided for us. I didn’t need to pack half of what I did. My family didn’t want to leave. We could have stayed another week! We would love to consider returning to this home for another family vacation in the near future. Thank you Kim for this opportunity!

The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and toys. Lots of silverware plates etc I would only recommend having a Keurig for coffee. Excellent vacation.

We rented this fabulous house over the Thanksgiving holiday. We met our daughter and her family there and everyone loved it. The place was very clean, had plenty of cooking supplies and even had a high chair and toys for our 2 year old grandson. We really enjoyed the Nature Trail and the nearby beaches. The owners were very helpful; they even sent us an article on Thanksgiving caterers, highlighting their favorite restaurants. We had the perfect holiday. Looking forward to our next Delaware getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was awesome, very immaculate! Kim was wonderful to work with and Deb was very helpful. My whole family loved the wave pool. If my family wasn't growing, I'd definately go back!

We had a great stay at Kim’s house over New Years. We really enjoyed the main room with open kitchen and family area. Pickle ball, indoor pool, bikes and mini golf were fun as well. Highly recommend.

This is the best property and I have rented many homes. This house is very spacious. There were seven adults and four children under the age of seven. The space above the garage was perfect for my son, his wife and their three children. Our 10 month old had plenty of space to roam around in her walker. There was a brand new pack and play for her use! The house was stocked with plenty of towels, detergents,kitchen items,toiletries(all name brands, top of the line.)The furnishings are stylish and comfortable.Kim thought out the needs of her guests including toys for the children (they were thrilled),bikes, beach chairs,etc. Especially appreciated the quiet street and space for bike riding.Would definitely rent again. Highly recommend this property.

My family and I really loved getting away to another resort oasis in Delaware. The Peninsula Resort has so much to offer. Their were some changes to the resort offering because of Covid but it was still fabulous. It is a gated community which is extra added security. There are beautiful nature trails and a catch and release fishing spot very close to the property. They have some fabulous restaurants on property that offer curbside pick up. They have a great fitness center, indoor heated pool and hot tub which we spent two nights in enjoying family swim time together. They also have a basketball hoop on the side of the pool that you can play while in the pool. The pool was approximately 83 degrees Fahrenheit which felt so nice. The hot tub was right next to the pool and was so relaxing. They also have a hug clubhouse on property with a restaurant, bar, billiard room, etc. They have bike rentals available. They have tennis courts, pickleball and premiere golf course on property. We definately enjoyed our stay and would love to comeback in the very near future. Thanks Kim and Chris for having such an awesome property for rent.

Loved the house and our stay was perfect. The house is well equipped and the amenities of the club were perfect for us. Thanks Kim, we will definitely consider coming back.

This home was awesome! Beautifully appointed, comfortable, large enough for our extended family to enjoy movies and meals and more and the bonus room over the garage was off the charts. Our 6 kids had a blast sleeping in the bunks and hanging in their personal lounge space with big screen TV Icing on the cake was the gorgeous Peninsula community and how gracious Kim and Chris were as hosts. Highly recommend!!
