Clase to the Station and 10-15min away from Brandenburg Tor (walk+train). Very bad WiFi, however I think Berlin in general has a problem with the WiFi/internet speed

Visiting from the USA and I speak very little German, hotel staff spoke English well enough for us to communicate with. Hotel room was not very large, but I had a comfortable stay. Appreciated the microwave that was available (extra cost) to make breakfast or heat up food.

Very clean and modern. The location was good, being in walking distance to a shopping mall. Good restaurants nearby. The beds were uncomfortably hard ( beyond firm) and the sofa bed that was supposed to be a double was really just a loveseat that opened up to a large single bed- not comfortable for 2 adults.

Property is new and comfortable. Bathroom is wonderful and modern. Room lacked homely atmosphere. Didn’t have dinner plates; lacked living room furniture. There were no side lamps.

The room when we arrive didn’t have Wifi they didn’t cared only at our floor there is no internet they said the hotel is full . The worse breakfast i had ever seen Wanted help at the front desk they said They will come to do it but no one came till the next day The cleaning is very bad they do only the bed and mop the toilet didn’t even filled up the toilet paper Sorry the last time at this hotel

Limited amenities even it describes as an apartment: only 4 glasses, 2 wine glasses, tea kettle. No microwave, no utensils. The bed is two single bed pushed together, a deep canon drop right in the middle of the bed. Really clean and spacious. Breakfast is nothing no brag about. Wifi kept dropping out so much that is frustrating...

Wi fi was extremely disappointing which being a traveller is important. I asked to change rooms as it didn’t work. They acknowledged it didn’t work on floor 3. So be careful if they want to put you on floor 3.

The person at the front desk was super helpful the first day. We arrived early and they let us stow our luggage and offered us maps and advice on where to go and how to get around. We got back around 1:30 and they checked us in early. Breakfast was very good. The only problem was the WiFi. It didn’t work on the 3rd floor at all ( we had to be moved to the 4th) and it barely worked there. Only by the door or in the bathroom which is where we were forced to spend our time looking things up. The WiFi In the restaurant didn’t work at all.

We had an amazing stay!
