Our stay at Casa Ganesh was extraordinary, the hotel is located in the heart of Tulum's beach very close to the best restaurants and bars in the area. The staff is extremely helpful and gave us amazing recommendations and made sure we had an excellent stay. The Casita was very spacious and was always clean.

Recommend for 2-3 days

My husband and I enjoyed staying here. The location is beautiful and as described. Just 1 minute from the beach! However, the view from the room is not so nice. Room is small and felt as if I was in a hut. There was some bugs and critters in the bathroom, none in the bedroom. Bring mosquitoe repellent for sure! All this adds to the experience of being in nature. I felt safe my entire time there. It rains for a few minutes every few hours during September (this was not a problem at all). CONS: There is a trash dump right next door that we can see from our room. Also, there is a night club that blast music from about 8PM-12 AM every night we were there. Recommend this spot for 2-3 days.

PERFECTION!

EVERYTHING about this property was PERFECT: location, room and service. Israel went out of his way to make sure we were good - even going out of his way to arrange massages and alcohol placed in our room! Will definitely be back!

First, the room seemed super clean but once we fell asleep on that first night we woke up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and found 6 roaches around the shower and the sinks. Second, we didn't feel safe walking to our casita because it was super dark and we had to go in through the beach. There was also no security but a lady who walked around outside the rooms flashing her flash light in the evening. Third, there was no beach chair set out for us to enjoy the beach. Not once did we go out to the beach and saw any chairs set up. Tho it was raining most of our stay but every hotel had their chairs set up but Ganesha. Finally, there was no parking space during our stay in the hotel. If we didn't get up early enough before the workers parked their car we wouldn't have any space to park our car so we had to park our car four blocks away from the hotel.

Yana did above and beyond to make my stay absolutely amazing. She made aure to check if theres anything I need and research how get to the spots that I wanted to go. The staff were so attentive and friendly. Id give this hotel 5 star. As for Yana- shes more than a five start
