Brilliant hotel and staff and totally relaxing stay.

On arriving at La Siesta we were greeted by amazing staff where everything was done to make us feel comfortable and relaxed - although we had arrived an hour before check in time it was not an issue and they made a room immediately available. The location is just outside the old town which is a 10 minute walk but the Hotel also has a shuttle to drop you off and bring you back. If you want to spend some time at the Beach they have access to a beach with full facilities just 20 mins and the shuttle drops you off and brings you back. Breakfast was very good and the restaurant service was excellent. We had a small issue with the room we had for the first night as it was a bit noisy so when we mentioned this Louise immediately organised a lovely room for us by the main pool area. As I used to stay over 100 nights a year in Hotels I must say that this is one of the best Hotels I have had the pleasure of staying in with truly magnificent staff that try to really make you feel at home.

Absolute delight.The room I stayed in was beautifully maintained as a colonial style bedroom.Wooden floors, stylish furnishings, modern shower, all in tiptop condition.I had a delicious evening buffet in the Red Bean restaurant. On arrival in their beautiful lobby with the brightly coloured lanterns I felt I had found a wonderful place.My only slight criticism is that the Wi-Fi might be a little stronger but then again you don’t come to Hoi An for a Wi-Fi signal!

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at La Siesta while exploring Hoi An. The hotel feels like an oasis and is located around the outskirts of the town. Although only 15 minutes walk to the old town the walk is along a main road and is not so pleasant at night. However the hotel does put on a shuttle service to the centre as well as the beach - which we made use of. The hotel itself is lovely and you are spoilt with the choice of 2 pools. The buffet breakfast choice was very good. The staff were all extremely friendly and always willing to help.

A wonderful property with an amazing staff throughout the property. Everyone was wonderful and helpful, from guest services to cleaners to management. Everyone we had interaction with was most concerned about our happiness with the resort.

La Siesta feels like a home away from home, which is why so many people (myself included) are return guests. The efforts made by the staff, all of whom are exceptionally friendly and polite, are second-to-none. The gardens are beautiful, there are intimate books and crannies for reading or reflection, and the food is excellent.
