Good view and high floor. The fruit in the buffet can be more fresh. Overall, food is ok. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is big, bright, clean and comfortable.

Excellent location, incredible views of ocean from the ocean view rooms, dining facilities for breakfast were great with lots of variation in fruit, fresh eggs, meat etc. Rooftop bar and pool. Staff very friendly and informative.

Excellent hotel. There is construction going on next door so there is some building noise but it didn't bother us too much since we have grown used to noise in Vietnam cities now.

Hotel room is clean and have a great sea view. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful (special thanks to Cindy) she have provided lots of info and assistant. Time taken to walk to beach is less than 5 mins. High recommendations.

Located right in front of the beach with restaurant stalls and bars walkable. Staff were the most accommodating and friendly that I have experienced. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary we brought champagne to have on Bana Hills. The staff were very thoughtful and allowed us to borrow their ice bucket and champagne glasses to bring there!! They also made our room up to be very romantic on the first night. The front of house staff gave us a very helpful map and recommendations on where to go for food and drinks. The rooms were refurbished and nicely decorated. They are currently refurbishing some communal areas but I'm sure when they are done they will complete the look of the place very well. The breakfast was decent but for a Westerner could be improved upon. But this is the same for every hotel I've stayed in Da Nang so it's not a critical point. Overall my wife and I very much enjoyed our experience and can't compliment the staff enough for their service. We would stay here again.

We arrived early after our long flight and as the room wasn’t ready yet (usual check in time is 2pm), Cindy, the manager, upgraded us for a lovely huge room facing the seaside, which was amazing. Buffet was great, with at least 20differen options, if not more, everything delicious and fresh, everyone very kind. We also got a free airport transfer from the hotel. Impeccable services in every sense and would certainly recommend and would go back again! Thank you all and thank you Cindy!
