The staff at the resort are excellent and are happy to serve you at all hours for any request! The rooms are beautiful and have the best view for a hotel I have seen in a long time. Would highly recommend staying here!

Cleanliness and food. The staff was amazing and accommodating.

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at Jewel Grande. It was a phenomenal trip! We had a private dinner on the pier with Tishell. Tishell was amazing! We saw her all throughout the week and she made a point to speak with us. You can tell she loves her job so much. She truly embodied what it is to be hospitable. A true gem. We also had a great time visiting with the activities instructor at the pool. Peter and Jermaine were also so warm and kind to us. The people and the culture of Jamaica is what made our trip outstanding. The food was also amazing. Throughout the week, they had authentic Jamaican food served right on the beach. It was an 11/10 week. Highly recommend.

Grounds were well maintained. Food was good. Just a beautiful property on the beach with mountain and sea view. Premium alcohol included. Luxury living at it's best. I would stay here again.

The services, the friendliness of the staff, they want you to have a great time. This property is excellent ,10mins from the airport. The grounds are picturesque.

My husband and I stayed here during our Honeymoon and could not imagine a better experience. From the cleanliness of the hotel to the friendliness of the staff, we had the best time. The variety of the food was amazing - from Italian to Steakhouse, and classic seafood. One of my favorite meals we had while we were there was at the hibachi restaurant. We scheduled a Romance Package and got to experience a spa day, dinner on the beach and a bottle of champagne and rose petals for our room - it was perfect! The dinner for two on the pier was so romantic and the service was incredible, Davin was our server. The couples massage was a 5-star experience, we got to soak in the mineral pool first and finish by relaxing in the Himalayan salt room.

What can I really say about this hotel besides everything was amazing. From the welcoming, to the assistance, to the food, and all-around beauty of this location it’s not enough words to describe it. This was my birthday trip and they made it amazing even decorated the room plus they found out it was my birthday and even help set up fun excursions. Andrew or as I know him as Drew Drew was amazing help. Tamika was awesome at organizing our excursions and even a private dinner in the penthouse that really blew my mind. We are already planning a trip that with the family that’s how much we truly enjoyed this hotel. I really appreciate them calling ahead of time to inform us of available room options that took us from a ocean view room to an oceanfront room. This hotel is not very big but that is what add it to the charm. He’s very personable and enjoyable when you truly want to relax. The spa was exquisite ,the masseuse was very very Attentive. This is hands-down the best birthday trip I’ve had in many years and this being my first time in Jamaica I definitely would attend this particular hotel only!!!!

The Property was really lovely and restaurant and bar staff were very nice. However, what was a turn off for me for the fact that on my last day i was in my room and heard a knock on the door by the time i could put on some clothes to see who it was there was a lady open my door already asking what time am i leaving. Felt as if i was being rush to leave the room now. Big turn off and lack of privacy I could have still being naked in my room.
