Colonial Keene House on 7 Acres w/ Pool!

This very large home was perfect for our recent stay with extended family to celebrate our daughter's graduation from the nearby college. Beautifully decorated, with a lot of living space so everyone could spend time together or separately for more intimate conversations. The kitchen was large and provided tons of counter space with a separate butlers' pantry, and the dining table sat over 14. There are at least 4 large bedrooms with their own baths on the second floor and 5 more bedrooms on the 3rd. Beautiful grounds - feel removed but only 3 miles from Keene NH and shopping and dining. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful stay and plenty of room. Only problem was the refrigerator wasn't working properly. The owner did have a rental delivered the next day and a new frig delivered, but it was delivered the day before we left. Unfortunately we had to throw some food away. But overall we had a wonderful time and would vacation here again. Karen

This is a fantastic place for a getaway in southern New Hampshire! It's as large and beautiful as it appears in photos. A great place to come with a group to relax, cook, and check out amazing Fall leaves. Mount Monadnock is a half hour away and has phenomenal hiking trails. I highly recommend this property, and look forward to coming back again soon.

We celebrated my husbands 40th birthday with a small group. The house is just as described online. Very spacious and lots of amenities. The only comment I have is that this house is run by a property management company, and the local contact that was provided never answered my calls. Other than that, I would say this is the perfect house and you will definitely not regret renting it. Stay here!! I will absolutely be back.

This space and property was more than expected! It had more than enough space for the 18 artists that stayed here, and gave us an excellent place to relax after painting the many murals in Keene. We were greeted by deer in the morning in the side yard, along with the occasional rabbit cutting through. It would be understated to say that this was an extraordinary house to be able to stay in.

Overall we had a great time and would return. There are a few items that could have been addressed before we arrived such as the broken dishwasher and dirty grill. The kitchen was very spacious and well stocked however, some of the cabinets did not open and close well and need some TLC and organization. Nice to have two refrigerators on property and plenty of counter space. It was a very hot August so we missed having central air on the first floor. The window ac units on the second and third floor worked well in all the bedrooms. The property was gorgeous and we enjoyed making s’mores at the fire pit, taking hikes, and enjoying the beautiful landscape. We spent many hours both eating and playing games around the dining room table which easily seated fourteen.

We wanted a large house and open space for our family get together for 8 adults and 6 children. This place was ideal, a beautifully furnished and well equipped house with a lovely garden and a great pool, perfect !

The whole property was set up to give everyone something to do. From the fire pit to the pool to the games out back. Surprised to see a tree house also. House was as perfect as could be for any large group and we could spread out as needed. Highly recommend this to all for price and quality. Thank you again.
