Nice hotel in a good location

The hotel was lovely and in a good location for our trip. Lots of eateries nearby. Unfortunately the pool was out of use which we were not told ahead of arriving but the hotel did waive some fees because of this. The room was big and spacious and had good decor. We however unfortunately had a room toward the front of the hotel which overlooked the road and the car lobby so it did get quite noisy (but was obviously not the hotels fault). The corridors often had plates/glasses that other guests had put out and these were not picked up that quickly. Valet parking made everything easy with the car.

My room was directly adjacent to a demolition site. Bulldozers, air horns and construction from 6am onward. At times it was so extreme my room would shake. Construction dust in my room. So loud I couldn’t even take a phone call. By the time the property could move me to another room it was evening and I was departing the next morning. They offered a $75 meal credit. Didn’t event cover room service dinner for one. Maids kept knocking and walking in my room! Even after I told them 3 times that I’m not checking out until the following day. I’m getting annoyed thinking about this again. I spend $1k for 2 nights. Never again.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel in WeHo

Hotel is beautiful and impeccably decorated. Situated in the perfect location, the hotel is a stone throw from some great bars, restaurants and boutiques. The pool was out of service during my stay which was disappointing but Happy Hour and the friendly desk staff more than made up for that. Your room key only gives you access to your floor which is a little frustrating if you're staying with friends/colleagues on another floor and the music from downstairs can get a little loud. Overall, highly recommended for a great base in West Hollywood.

Although we had some nice interaction with staff, the hotel amenities are very poor - do not come if you want a nice pool or gym. This hotel is known for its bar and restaurants for a Friday/Saturday and not for its amenities which are very limited. Room had lovely big windows but carpet was wet and dirty and not really 5 star level. I would stay again for business trip/social trip but not for holiday or relaxation!

Super central if you are spending your time around WeHo/BH. Big bonus for someone who would rather walk 5-10 min than drive for 2 min & find parking. Coffee, gelato, grocery store, take out food, etc all right there.
